How to use it?
Use Step 1,Choose stretch level according your need. Lay the strecher flatly on a mat or carpet with the wider end toward your hips.
Use Step 2,Lie down slowly with your knees bent and with your hands support on the ground. Do not rush to lie down!

Place the base and support arch on flat and solid surface.
Assembly Step 2:
Kneeling on the ground,sure the end of the base against your knees,Slide the end of support arch into the suitable groove on the end of the base.

Press down with your fingers and slide the end of support arch into the level 1 to level 3 position on the base, choose stretch level according your need and bend the arch into corresponding position.
