Product Description
Informative LED Indicator
The non-prominent, ambient LED indicator lets you know the charging status at a glance so you know when it’s ready for action.
Case-Friendly Up to 5mm
Designed to charge through protective cases that are less than 5mm thick.
World-Class Safety
Exclusive Anker technology provides surge protection, temperature control and more advanced safety features to keep you safe.
1. How do wireless charging speeds compare to a traditional wired charger?
Confined by the current wireless charging technology, charging speeds may vary depending on your device. Wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging due to its lower conversion rate of electrical energy. At the same time, part of the electricity will be converted into heat energy and released, causing the wireless pad to be a little warm.
2. What type of USB-A wall charger should I use with the 315 Wireless Charger (Pad)?
Your USB-A wall charger must have a minimum output of 5V/2A. A 9V/2A Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is required to charge iPhone 8 or later at 7.5W, and Samsung Qi-compatible phones at 10W, such as Galaxy S22 and S21 series.
The iPhone 5V/1A stock chargers and computer USB ports do not have sufficient output and may not charge your device properly.
3. My phone is compatible with wireless charging, so why won’t it charge with my wireless charger?
Place your phone in the center of the pad until you see the charging indicator. Turn off the vibration mode at night to prevent the phone from drifting from the centerEnsure your phone features Qi wireless charging and reboot your phone and try againCharge the phone with its case off if there is one, as cases thick than 5 mm or with metal in them interfere with chargingTry a 5V/2A or more powerful USB-A wall charger and a different USB-A to Micro cable
4. What does each indicator status mean?
Flashing blue per 0.5s: the wireless charger detects an incompatible item including devices not supporting wireless charging, a case thick than 5mm, or with magnetic/metal attachments, etcFlashing blue per 1s: the power supply is under voltageLights on: it’s chargingLight on for 3s and then off: it’s powered on

After 1 year Still working well.
Bought this for our motorhome so I could free up some wired charging space. I have it lying on my side console and it charges my iPhone or AirPods extremely well. No issues so far, but we arenât full-timers so we arenât using it constantly. Butâ¦I would recommend. Works great for us thus far.

Works great with Moto razr 2023 in a case
My razr is in a substantial case (the VEGO). I placed the phone, logo-side down, on the pad, the little led on the pad came on, and that’s it, my razr was charged before too long. EZ-peasy.The only thing to make note of, you also need to buy a wall-wart to power this. I bought the Anker 18-watt QC 3.0 wall charger. It’s overkill for me, since the razr only does 5W charging, but I’ve never gone wrong ensuring an ample and stable source of power.

Almost a winner for me
I have several wireless chargers, and I have become accustomed to the ring around the edge that signals when the device is charging (blue) and when it is charged (white). This charger worked well, but it was hard to determine when the phone was completely charged. I returned it and will find one that has an easier way to assess the charge, but other than that quirk, the charger worked well.

Great functionality.
Purchased this to replace a different company’s charger, which broke. THis is very stable, charges well, and we have no connection issues.

Works well and I like the rubber top edge to keep the phone in place while charging in the car.

Disappointed
This charger only works if you place it exactly the right position on the charger If not just keeps making a noise -annoying

Great Aftermarket Car Accessory
I am extremely pleased. I purchased the used -like new and was indeed like new with the box, cord, inserts etc. It fits the bill for wireless charging my phone while using wireless Carplay / Android Auto. Keep in mind there are many wireless car chargers that sit in the vents, cupholders, dash mounts, window mounts etc. I had a specific location in my car away from direct sun light that I felt would be perfect for a flat charger. It also has rubberized feet and a rubberized outer edge to keep the phone and charger from sliding around. The cord is 47″ and is a micro USB. I had to use a longer cord I had lying around to snake it under the center console to the cars rear usb that is out of sight and very rarely used. I have both an iPhone and a Samsung phone I use throughout the day, both are in low profile magsafe cases and they charge just fine. The charge time is going to vary based on your phone and the usb powersource so all I can say is they charge fine for my use, I carry cords if I need to charge faster than wireless.

Piece of garbage and a borderline scam
I originally ordered this because it was significantly cheaper than the wireless charger that Apple sells, and my charging port is broken. It says on the website that it doesn’t include an adapter to plug it into the wall, but I figured at least one of the chargers I had lying around would be compatible. Nope. The first thing that the instruction manual told me was that there wasn’t a single charger in my house that works with this, and I would need to order a new one. Fortunately, the manual was kind enough to refer me to the exact type of wall block I needed. It didn’t say any brand names, but when I typed in the EXACT wording from the manual into Amazon, all of the top results were Anker products. The total cost (plus shipping, taxes, and the amount of time I had to wait) ended up being similar to if I had just bought the Apple charger, and since the price of the Apple charger was the main reason that I bought this in the first place, I felt a little bit scammed. Whatever. At least I have a charger now.It worked fine. Not really anything that I was particularly thrilled or horrified by, but there are a few things that annoyed me. I had to take off my phone case every time I wanted to use it, and I constantly had to be charging my phone throughout my day since I couldn’t charge it overnight, and it would therefore never be that full. However, these aren’t really things that I can blame on this charger in particular. Just keep in mind that if you’re buying this or any product like it, the experience of using a wireless charger kind of sucks, despite how awesome it looks in commercials. With the product itself, I didn’t have much issue with charging; I would put it on the charger and it would start charging. Revolutionary. That underwhelming excitement didn’t last long. As of yesterday when I’m writing this, the charger has all but stopped working. Charging a single percent of my battery takes several minutes, and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I left my phone charging for about ten minutes, and the battery level hadn’t changed at all, even though it was displaying that my phone was charging. Unplugging the charger and plugging it back in usually makes it “work” again (remember that now it’s super slow), but overall it’s causing a lot more stress than I ever thought it would. Also, let’s look at the timeline here. I ordered this charger (not received, ordered) less than a month ago, and then had to wait about a week after it arrived to get the charging block. It’s gone from brand new to this condition in only that time. Absolutely pathetic.Anker, I’ve always loved you. I have a bluetooth speaker from you that’s one of the best products I’ve ever owned, and always thought of you as a reliable tech company in a world full of dropshipped trash. But after this I doubt I’ll buy anything from you again, and I would advise others not to either. You pretend to sell this great, easy-to-use product that’s cheaper than all the competition. Then when I get it, I have to pay double to even make it work, and then it breaks after two weeks because I looked at it funny. Do better.

Charges just fine overnight. You just need to get used to positioning your phone properly so it catches the charge. Obviously the charge is slower than plugging in the phone but thatâs expected.

Alles perfekt

This charging pad has everything I’d hoped for: good charging speed, sturdy construction, robust usb port and even a grippy ring of material around the upper edge that stops my phone from slipping off even if nudged hard. A small power indicator round of an excellent device.
