Asurion protection great!
Bought the Asurion 3 yr protection plan on my HP printer. Had issue with the printer 2 years later. Easy claim process, easy return process. I was refunded (because unable to fix printer) within a week of my claim with an Amazon gift card for full purchase price. Great insurance product to have.

Received a refund because the item I purchased was broken
I needed a refund because I received a product that was different than what I ordered so I couldnât use the protection plan. They refunded my money right away upon receiving my request! Great customer service!

asurion is not that hard to use
A year +, my laser printer malfunctioned. First time I have ever tried to file a claim. UPS boxed up printer for a small fee. They received the printer in 2 days and was refunded the cost of the printer in 2 days. I will use Asurion again.

Don’t buy it before reading this
I bought a hand truck and also bought asurion warranty for 3 years. My hand truck broke 8 months after. When I contacted asurion they told me they don’t cover my item and they would return my insurance money. If I would’ve never called they would’ve kept my money. These companies never lose, you have to stay alert.

Very Satisfied
I have gotten fantastic customer service from Asurion including helpful information and straightforward instructions for new customers like me. First time using it felt like a breeze. Got my full money back when sending in my broken monitor. Of course it was badly damaged so it would be very hard to fix so I’m glad I got the money back to buy a new one. The only problem I have is with the Asurion website. When filing a claim, you can’t be specific. You have to pick from toys to other stuff. When searching for the claim manually, I couldn’t find anything about electronics or displays so it was hard to file the claim if I had to select toys. The claim wouldn’t appear when I filed. They wouldn’t even show my Amazon protection plans so I’d have to manually search for a model and category which annoyingly didn’t have a “Monitor” or “Display” option. This pushed me to call customer service but luckily they successfully filed the claim for me which I can view the progress anytime. Customer Service was fantastic and helpful. I wouldn’t try filing a claim on the website again because that was a pain but I would definitely give them a call because I know customer service will do a good job helping. Great overall service. I’m already using Asurion as a protection plan again. Thanks!

They did what they said they’d do!
Asurion honored their warranty on my Canon multi-function printer that stopped working after less than 1 year. Although the process was a little cumbersome, they processed the claim in an efficient and timely manner, made it easy to ship back the defective product, had it checked to see if it could be repaired, and when it couldn’t, they PROMPTLY sent me an amazon gift card for the entire purchase of about $479! No questions asked! I would highly recommend Asurion!

Asurion was quick with reimbursement
I got the protection plan on my gaming monitor 2 years ago (brand withheld out of respect for the manufacturer), the monitor cost 499.99. Anyway, about a week and a half ago, I noticed that the monitor display was tinted green and unreadable in some cases. I tested the monitor with more than one pc and cable. Yep broken, and the manufacturer warranty was only one year.Manufacturer denied repairs due to the expiration of the warranty. I contacted Asurion and they arranged for me to send the monitor in for repair. They covered shipping and handling, gave me a label, and told me when my package had reached them for repair.I waited a few days and yesterday got the message that the monitor was unrepairable. Instead, Asurion reimbursed me $500 (Original purchase price.) of my monitor. I’m now beginning on research for a new gaming monitor. I can splurge a little now, because my original monitor now sells for $380 as technology has advanced, but Asurion refunded me the original purchase price, not a depreciated value.Whatever brand I choose, I’m getting the protection again!Thank you.
