Customers say
Customers are not happy with the speed, performance, freezing and storage of the notebook computer. For example, they mention it’s ridiculously slow, the boot up time took way too long and clicking anything takes several seconds to respond. That said, opinions are mixed on quality.

The future has finally arrived .. sub $200 nirvana
This product is absolutely NUTS for it price point, especially if you get it for under $170 shipped to your door.
You will experience some discomfort at initial boot⦠and low and behold⦠after a few Microsoft Updates.. (may take a few hours).. itâs like the experience of the Wizard of OZ transitioning from B&W to COLOR. (Or that 13 Yr old that just beat the Tetris game). Suddenly, with some patience, this is a GREAT BUY.
If you need a streaming only computer, or basically an internet only web device, and wouldnât mind also having the entire Microsoft Office Suite ⦠this is the computer for you at a measly $170ish
I canât tell you enough how much Iâm loving this product. Initially purchased for a College student (she required Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).. after configuring it I had to have one for my own. At under $170⦠ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! (Basically $99 if you take into account the Microsoft office 1year)
In total, 3 of these have now been bought.
FULL DISCLOSURE : This is my second review, i deleted the first (last month) only because i provided some Iâll informed advice of how to set it up⦠to be honest ⦠just let it update on Itâs own⦠and DONT LISTEN TO THE HATERS ⦠if you are purchasing the Windows 11 offering ⦠you will not find a better value.

A $160 Paperweight
Even if the laptop is extremely low-priced you would expect that at the very least it would be able to run Google chrome, yet this laptop fails to even do that. It constantly freezes when doing basic tasks such as opening up Word and its low performance makes it absolutely useless for doing anything. I thought it would be a nice studying laptop for reading my PDFs, yet it can not load anything about 15 pages. Easiest return of my life, do not waste your time in buying this laptop and pick something longer lasting.
I do not know how this product has so many good reviews when it functions more like a brick than a laptop.

Good for the money
Iâll admit itâs not the quickest (or that could be my internet) but Iâm able to do things quickly and multitask. I got an extra screen since I use this computer for work and they work together seamlessly, like it would with a regular desk top computer. I also like how light it is as well.

Fast simple laptop
This is a good laptop. It’s fast and easy to use. The settings allow for you to customize it to your liking and usage.
I have had Zero issues or problems with this computer. I got it for a great price and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable laptop for everyday use.

Worst Laptop I have ever purchased.
I was reluctant to get a laptop with only 4 gb of RAM and I should have listened to myself. I took it out of the box and it only went downhill from there. It was extremely sluggish to the point that it crashed every time it tried to update, and mind you it’s brand new! Now I have spent the entire day trying to reset it so I can return it, and guess what? It crashed and froze up so many times. I finally got it to the final reset stage, but it’s been stuck at 83% complete for like 30 mins.

Works great
I use this for my business. It pairs well with my mobile scanner. My only regret is not buying the touch screen version.

SLOOOOOOOOOOOW / Not Worth It
I got this for a spare PC to maintain my Google Suite files – Docs, Sheets, PDF storage, Photos, Music. It was cheaper than a chromebook or tablet. And I see there is a reason for that – this is ridiculously slow. A basic Google Sheet that I can run on my iPhone gets hung up on this. The screen freezes seemingly daily in my limited use.
Returning. Not worth the discounted price I paid for this headache.
