Sharp with a nice handle
Sharp out of the box. Seems to hold an edge, but I’ve only use it a couple of times. I like the handle because it’s kinda fat and fits my hand well. Full tang with two rivets; two seems to be enough. Even though it’s called a Japanese Chefs Knife, it is make in China if that matters. If you use the coupon, it’s a good price.
