Good for beginners
A little easy

Badly Written
The book is so poorly written as to suggest AI. To arbitrarily pick one (and by no means the worst) of a thousand possible examples, a chapter on network components contains this gem:âSwitches are telecommunication devices that fall into the category of being referred to as a computer network component.âThe sentence is convoluted, barely grammatical, completely unnecessary, and sadly typical. Ten pages of this nonsense was all I could tolerate.

It’s a great book on Kindle, especially for the money. It will give you a strong foundation in the basics of computer networking and network security. It’s interesting too. I can’t wait to get into it again and I will when it gets quieter. I may even get the printed form too.
