Works as advertised , good support
July 7,2020I have a Comtrend PG-9182S4 four port ethernet in my basement uplinked to my router, and comtrend PG-9182PoE on my Patio with a Linksys LAPAC1750 access-point attached and a second PG-9182PoE in a building that is 100 feet away from my house with a second Linksys LAPAC1750 access-point. It passes three vlans from my lan switch in the house to the remote access-points that correspond to 3 SSID WLAN networks. A single PG-9182S4 can support two remote PG-9182PoE devices. Also Comtrend and NexusLink are the same company are compatible as long as you pair 2 G.hn with 2 G.hn or G.hn with G.hnAccording to their support Comtrend caters to Internet Service Providers, where NexusLink is more for the home market. If you have compatibility questions, prior to purchasing, Comtrend has good support via email and respond promptly . Comtrend also has great post purchase email support.Update: Jan 11, 2022I added a second PG-9182POE for a second remote Linksys LAPAC1750 access-point and two PG-9182PT to add a wired connection for my kids rooms. Gaming lag was better with the Comtrend wired connection vs the wireless connection.

simply did not work
I am an IT tech, I have set dozens in power line units up. Never tried this brand. Saw good reviews on Amazon and a couple of other sites. Well, it lights up but will no connect to another of the exact kind. Watched the videos from the company and plugged both units into the same room, no connection. Plugged the units into one surge protector, no connection. Took the units to another house, same thing, no connection. They just do not work. I bought three units from this company, none of them will connect. Went back to TPLINK.

Slower than the Dlink. But it has POE
Not as fast a itâs description would lead me to believe.

Not compatible with other G.hn devices
I ended up having to return it. While it had a strong signal it was not compatible with my other G.hn adapters. It seemed solid but it didn’t work with my other devices.
