Love it!
Absolutely significant improvement over the last unit I owned and it has not really disappointed. Clarity is so good and the fan noise is not at all as bad as I would have expected for a unit of its size. Very pleased overall. The only wishes I had were that 1) the lense cover would sit in a more permanent track since the thin cover and small track cause it to pop off every time I attempt to close it so I just leave it open, and 2) it always comes up to the system menu rather than remembering the last setting (I only use it for projecting a roku stick so every evening I have to power it up and go to hdmi to then begin streaming. A small thing, but even a setting option to start with last used setting vs default menu would be welcome). But well worth the price overall! I’ve already recommended it to several other people that I know use them!

Easy Set Up for a Fun Movie Night on the Patio
This Mini Projector with Wifi and Bluetooth by Jowlurk is a great for movie nights out on the patio or in the living room. The set-up is remarkably easy, we plugged in a Fire Stick, connected a speaker via Bluetooth and we were ready to go. The most time consuming part was setting up the screen and getting the distance & height of the projector in relation to the screen just right. Once we had the screen & projector set-up together it was easy to go through the Fire Stick, connect to Netflix and watch a movie. The picture was clear (not 4k) but I wasnât really expecting that kind of quality on my patio anyway. The movie was large format, we were enjoying the cool evening air and watching Denzel Washington â it was a fun evening. Discovering how easy this is to set up is game changer for summer movie nights and upcoming road trips that I will now pack this projector, screen and stand for. Definitely recommend this mini projector and itâs a good value for the price.

5 star value, but NOT 4K, NOT HDCP mirroring/casting
Id ideally give it a 4.5/5 but they donât deserve five stars when thereâs no info at all on the product description and the title is misleading (at best , more like dishonest). The definition for 4K resolution is specific and 1920×1080 is HALF of that, itâs what some people call â2Kâ or FHD. I feel sorry for the customer who spends $90 thinking theyâll get 4K because they wonât. It looks better than my older projector which was 1080 resolution, but still inferior to my 2012 iMac display which has the same 1920×1080 resolution. Itâs fine, just not 4K. The other thing I think will come as a nasty surprise is that the screen mirroring is not HDCP compliant so your Netflix, Hulu, etc will not display – and it doesnât support the casting standard that everything else does which just means youâll need to buy a chromecast, Roku, Apple TV, fire stick etc to use streaming services wirelessly with it. My iPhone 14 could see it on AirPlay but it couldnât connect. iPhone displays HDCP content on it via apple brand lightning to hdmi adapter ONLY (this is mentioned in manual and true in my experience).Keep in mind itâs got no horizontal keystone (typical for budget projectors) and itâs easily broken if you donât retract the lens by increasing the focus every time you want to slide the lens cap over – this is just lazy design, itâs bad because not only is it easy to not know this and thereâs no reminders or stoppers but moreover this means every time you take the lens cap on/off you have to manually re adjust the focus because your focus setting will be obliterated. Also that lens cap just fell off even before the projector came on.

The projected area is so huge.
Hey, this JOWLURK M2 portable projector is really a fun gadget! When I got it and turned it on, whoa, the color wasn’t the deep purple I had imagined. In the relatively dim light , it seemed a bit dull. But my wife likes the color scheme of this machine. She thinks it’s much more interesting than pure white.ðAlso, the 5G WiFi and Bluetooth 5.3 functions are keeping up with the trend of the times. It can quickly connect to my Android phone and then project the content onto the big white wall at home. That’s just so cool.ð¤I saw in the manual that there is a 15° trapezoidal correction function. Sometimes when the placement is not level and the picture is tilted, it can basically correct it.Actually, movies can be projected even without a wireless network.ðOnce at a backyard family movie party, I used a USB FLASH DRIVE connection. We set up a projection screen in advance on the lawn and prepared snacks and drinks. When it got a little darker, we turned off most of the bright lights and left some faint little lights for decoration. Everyone ate something together and watched the cartoons that the baby also loves to watch.ðSeriously, the projector is suitable for outdoor use in addition to in a dim room, but fortunately I have a projection screen with a stand! We can’t forget the visual impact brought by that big screen!

Disappointing
This was 5pm in evening on a rainy day under my neck porch. Way to dim to even be used outdoor. Maybe in the dark. But not outside during the day.
