Customers say
Customers are happy with appearance, value, and screen size of the wearable computer. However, some customers have reported issues with quality, battery life, ease of use, and charge. They mention that the product stopped working after 5 months, the battery life got shorter and shorter, and that the instructions were not advertised as a refurb. They also say that the device never charged fully and that bluetooth connectivity is difficult to pair with their phone.

Bought 2 and neither worked!!!
First one I received didn’t last a day. Was difficult to charge. Wore overnight, woke up to blank screen and never worked again. Sent for replacement. It worked for a few days. Wore it in pool for about 10 minutes and went to black screen, never to charge or work again. Very upsetting. Now have to pay double for brand new just to insure it will work properly.

Very happy customer
I purchased this as a birthday gift for myself. I had a Versa 2, that I sadly misplaced. I needed a watch ASAP and I found this at a great price. It wasn’t that much of a difference from the Versa 2. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Back to basics, solid watch, reasonable price
I wore a Versa Lite for several years nd enjoyed it, but didnât use all of its features. After gifting it to my daughter, who would use all the features, I took some time to contemplate my next investment. I do like being able to count my steps, but all the other health monitoring isnât for me. This watch allows me to do what I need and shut off what I donât want. Very good battery life, and standard flat backed design is very comfortable. Very pleased with this model.

Good for a bit, then started to fizzle out
When it arrived, it looked like new and paired easily with my phone. Battery life is excellent. Noticed the vibration to be weak, even on the highest setting, but after my original Versa wouldn’t charge or turn on anymore, it was a great improvement. However, I found the watch lost connection with my phone occasionally. I got it in June, its now August and it loses connection multiple times a day. Sometimes I just need to restart the watch, other times I have to completely start from scratch as the app doesn’t even show it existing as a device that’s been paired! I know I need to do this when the screen on the watch defaults to a different face I have never used. Assuming it’s from a previous user? It’s really irritating when I depend on the watch to send me my notifications.Bottom line, refurbished might save you money, but damn is it causing headaches for this busy mom that doesn’t have a lot of time to fiddle with a watch multiple times a day…

Worst purchase I’ve ever made
The first issue as soon as I got it nine months ago was the low battery life! It says four days but this was not true in my case. I got 48 hours at the most if I exercised for about an hour. If I exercised longer, it was 24 hours tops. I thought I could use it like I use my Alta HR: as a fitness tracker and as a regular watch and have the battery last several days, but it did not happen. In all I have not used the tracker as often as I wanted to because of the battery inconvenience.Knowing this problem, I decided not to take the Versa on an eight-day road trip I just took, and took my Alta HR instead. Can you imagine buying a watch like this (I must add that I bought a “renewed” one) and keeping it at home because it will not work as you need it to?Now I come to the second issue. During the road trip, I left the tracker in the charger, with the charger hooked to the electric source. I did this because I did not want to come back and find the battery dead. Upon my return, I checked the watch and it was fully charged, but the set up had disappeared. I have been trying to reset it and I have spent (wasted) hours without success. The app finds the phone but does not move on to the reset steps.I am about to give up, but before I try once more, I decided to write this review as a warning.Pity, because I was very satisfied with Fitbit and my Alta HR, but now I am considering not buying any Fitbit trackers anymore, new, “renewed”, or updated models. Thanks for reading this warning.
