Amazing camera, great battery, fast processing power, quick controls aren’t very good.
Battery is great, camera is amazing, but missing a few key features such as changing image and video quality, there is different modes to use the different qualities though. When I read the camera had 1080 240 fps I was intrigued, then I try to use it but it’s only available for slo motion mode (which is very cool actually). In my pictures that I added one is of the sky I took today on my way back from work (through a window) and the other two are using Night Mode (one before and one after turning it on). The purple beam you can see is the result of me taking the photo through a window, it isn’t normally visible so don’t worry. But as you can see the Night Mode is INSANE. I could barely see anything outside (it was 10pm!), taking a Night Mode picture takes about 2 seconds and you have to keep the phone still but it’s absolutely bonkers. I showed my parents and they were shocked! It doesn’t use a flash either, I believe it uses that purple laser which is usually invisible except when a window is right in front of the camera. This feature is great for night photos and particularly useful for taking pictures of wild animals at night without spooking them with a flash, or disturbing anyone nearby. It’s better than using a flash, and it’s not noticable at all. The camera alone makes this phone worth it, all other features are a bonus.
Edit: I’ve had this phone for over a year now and it’s still great, still getting camera updates too. I have plenty of storage left and everything runs very smoothly. I have no reason to get a new phone any time soon, so if I do it’ll be when the 8 comes out I guess.

Still my daily driver
As a heavy phone user, I can confidently say the Pixel 6 has blown me away. It tackles any task I throw at it, from editing photos to streaming movies, with smooth performance and zero lag. The camera is simply phenomenal, capturing stunning details in any lighting condition. Plus, with guaranteed Android updates for years to come, I know my phone will stay fresh and secure.
The only downside? I bought it for the 5G potential, but unfortunately, Google hasn’t activated it yet in my region (Chile). While the LTE is still perfectly functional, it’s a bit of a bummer not to experience the full potential.
Despite this minor setback, I wholeheartedly recommend the Pixel 6. It’s a powerful, reliable companion that elevates the smartphone experience, especially for demanding users like myself.
So…. I fully recomend this phone.

The camera is the main reason to buy this phone
Pros: The camera is one of the best on the market and consistently delivers very nice photos, sometimes amazing photos. If getting high quality photos with your cell phone is important to you, that is the primary reason to own this phone. Since it is made by Google, it offers top of the line support for all Google products and apps.
Cons: for some inexplicable reason, this phone consumes a lot more battery life with certain apps like Life 360, than other phones. My family was all using that app and my phone was just getting crazy battery drain compared to all the other phones using that app. So I had to actually stop using that app with this phone. I will say that when playing games and using most normal apps the battery life is fine but certain apps can drain the battery in a bad way. So you have to be careful and keep an eye on battery usage. If you notice your battery is going low and see if certain apps might be the culprit.
Another con is that this phone actually can get really hot when you’re taking video or doing other things like heavy GPS use with some apps like Waze it heats up also. The heat up when taking video is so bad that you really don’t want to use it out in the sun when it’s over 95° f. Because it could actually get so hot. It warns you it’s overheating and it’s actually uncomfortable to hold in your hands which is not good for the life of the phone I’m sure. So living in Texas this maybe isn’t the best phone if you want to take photos or videos outside during the day in the summer. But if you live in a colder climate, that’s probably not an issue.
The on-screen fingerprint reader honestly sucks and normally I just have to renter my pin since it only recognizes my fingerprint less than half the time. I don’t use that facial recognition unlock since it’s rather insecure.

The features are quit good
I have waited for months to make this review. I don’t always give reviews but just have to do this because I read other people’s reviews before buying this phone. So, it would be wise for me to write mine so it would help others make good decision too. I will start with the problems others pointed out. The first is Finger Print. While Installing the phone, the phone would need samples of different parts of your finger so that any part of that particular finger would be able to open your phone. I think a lot of people that complained about the difficulty in finger printing did not fully understand this. They also complained about the phone being hot after prolonged use. This is absolutely true. The phone gets hot sometimes and usually gives you a warning that the phone’s temperature is high and may not function optimally as expected. As far as I know this to me is the major problem of the phone. Now to the good part. The Phone’s Camera quality is top notch. Simply amazing. I thought I was ugly but changed my opinion since I started taking pictures with this phone. The battery life is quite okay. for heavy users, the phone lasts for days when fully charged. If you are confused of the phone to use. You should try this, I bet you won’t regret it.

The Google Pixel 6 is a flagship phone that offers a lot of value for its price. It has a unique and attractive design, a powerful and custom-made processor, and an impressive camera system. It also runs on the latest Android 13 OS, which is fast, smooth, and secure.
The phone has a 6.4-inch OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 1080 x 2340 resolution. The screen is bright, sharp, and colorful, and it adapts to the ambient light and the content. The screen also has a hole-punch cutout for the 8MP selfie camera, which can take wide-angle shots and supports face unlock.
The phone’s back is made of glass and has a matte finish that resists fingerprints. The most distinctive feature of the phone is the camera bar, which houses the 50MP main camera and the 12MP ultra-wide camera. The camera bar also has a metal accent that contrasts with the color of the phone. The phone comes in three colors: Stormy Black, Sorta Seafoam, and Kinda Coral[^1^][1].
The phone’s performance is powered by the Google Tensor processor, which is the first chip designed by Google for Pixel phones. The processor is optimized for AI and machine learning tasks, such as image processing, language translation, and voice recognition. The processor also works with the Titan M2 security chip, which protects the phone from malware and hackers. The phone has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which are enough for most users.
The phone’s camera is one of the best in the market, thanks to the Google Tensor processor and the software features. The main camera has a large sensor that captures more light and detail, especially in low-light situations. The ultra-wide camera has a 114-degree field of view, which is great for landscapes and group shots. The phone also has a 4x optical zoom and a 7x digital zoom, which are decent but not outstanding.
The phone’s camera has many modes and features that enhance the photos and videos, such as Night Sight, Portrait Mode, Magic Eraser, Motion Mode, and Cinematic Pan. The phone can also record 4K videos at 60fps, and 1080p videos at 240fps. The phone’s camera can also recognize and translate text, identify objects, and suggest actions, thanks to the Google Lens feature.
The phone’s battery is 4614mAh, which can last for a full day of moderate use. The phone supports fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. The phone can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes with the 30W adapter, which is sold separately. The phone can also charge other devices, such as earbuds or smartwatches, by placing them on the back of the phone.
The phone’s software is Android 13, which is the latest and most advanced version of the OS. The software is clean, smooth, and intuitive, and it has many features that make the phone smarter and more helpful. For example, the phone has a Live Translate feature, which can translate speech and text in real time, even without an internet connection. The phone also has a Hold for Me feature, which can wait on hold for you when you call a customer service line. The phone also has a Personal Safety feature, which can detect car crashes, falls, or emergencies, and alert your contacts or emergency services.
The phone’s connectivity is also excellent, as it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and eSIM. The phone can connect to the fastest and most reliable networks, and it can also share its 5G connection with other devices. The phone also has a dual SIM feature, which allows you to use two different phone numbers or carriers on the same phone.
The phone’s drawbacks are minor, but they are worth mentioning. The phone does not have a microSD card slot, which means you cannot expand the storage. The phone also does not have a headphone jack, which means you have to use wireless earbuds or an adapter. The phone also does not have a fingerprint scanner, which means you have to use face unlock or a PIN code. The phone also does not have a water resistance rating, which means it may not survive a splash or a dunk.
I think the Google Pixel 6 is a fantastic phone that offers a lot of value for its price. It has a unique and attractive design, a powerful and custom-made processor, and an impressive camera system. It also runs on the latest Android 13 OS, which is fast, smooth, and secure. It has some minor drawbacks, but they are not deal-breakers. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars rating.

Condición: Nuevo
Vendedor: no me acuerdo

The Internet is flooded with how bad this phone is, overheating issues, stuttering issues, pink tint on the screen, connectivity issues, battery issues and what not. I came across numerous videos, posts and articles about how Google pixel 6 is an okayish device and buy only at your risk and if you are a die hard Google fan.
I am a fan of Google but not die hard. Still believes iPhones are at their peak of their hardware software optimisation and battery backup along with their excellent camera, but that’s why the higher price. Justified.
The pixel 6, didn’t get launched in my country officially but can be purchased online with no further support once you buy it. Pixel 7 was costly for me and pixel 6a 60hz is something I am not okay with (others might be okay with it, I wasn’t so please no offense) and both were launched officially in my country, not pixel 6 and 6 pro
Day 1
I took a leap of faith and bought pixel 6. Got it on 16th October (5 days back) and initial impressions were good. Updated the system and patches, restored my account and all but the first day was horrible. Poor connectivity, it was getting very warm, very quick. Scrolling in the application drawer was not smooth either. Day 1 SOT was 3 hours. I felt people were right, Google made a mistake and that’s why pixel 7 is getting all the praise (it must be a great phone though).
Day 2
I decided to return it within the windows of the 7 days i have but things started to get better on the 2nd day. The most noticeable difference was the reduced temperature when I held the phone. Everything else was the same more or less. The connectivity issue was still there. The apps were not loading on WiFi but working fine on mobile data. Sometimes the mobile data became useless and i had to go to the WiFi area.
Day 3
First time I noticed the battery is getting better too. I cancelled my return request and decided to wait till the last day of my return window. The battery SOT was 5 hours at this point. The phone started to feel a bit smoother. Connectivity got better too. I was able to switch from WiFi to mobile data more seamlessly. I don’t know how it happened.
Day 4
Battery SOT reached 6 hours, minimal heating and phone felt very stable. I figured out the things are falling into their places.
Day 5
Today is the 5th day and i am typing this post on my Pixel 6. Battery SOT is 7.5-8 hours. The phone is buttery smooth now. Idle battery drain is still on the higher side 17%. No heating or overheating now. Connectivity is absolutely fine now and i live in an area where mobile data signals have moderate strength, not excellent (checked with iPhone, samsung and OnePlus – mobile signal strength is moderate) but i am able to recieve any call, anytime. I send text and get the delivery reports in 2-3 seconds after sending the text. The apps which were not working fine on WiFi on day 2 are working fine at all. And I must say, it’s a very good phone, If not a great one. Not going to return it, and will keep it for the next 4 years at least.
TLDR: Pixel 6 is a great device,it just needs more time to adapt everything. Not a phone you can take out of the box and expect it to perform the way it should. Give it a week before you make any decisions.
Thanks, I don’t see positive posts about pixel 6 very often, hence this honest experience.

Never had pixels before, and even though there are new pixel sevens out there, I decided to buy prev gen pixel6 and wasn’t disappointed.
Smooth android experience, no crap apps preinstalled, good enough camera (although way better than on my prev 1+15T) — everything android phone should be in the first place.
