It worked right out of the box!
Good value for the $$. It was easy to set up and it has worked flawlessly right from the get-go. It came with Windows 11 Pro installed, and it has been, for all intents, a seamless transition for me to go from Windows 7 to Windows 11.

Not the Computer shown in the photos, but an excellent value
Decided on a new computer to replace an old Dell Laptop that I was using as a workstation in my study. I write a lot, surf the web, and use PowerPoint and Publisher, as well as Word and Scrivener. The old unit had gotten real slow and was not Windows 11 compliant. There were two rather serious issues when I opened the package. 1) the included power cord was not the correct one for this computer – which uses the squared-off corners cord found on most desktop computers. The one provided has rounded corners. Not a huge problem for me as I had an old cord that I was able to use.2) More of a headache for me was that the computer shown on the Amazon webpage had a VGA video plug as well as two of the more modern Display ports that look like HDMI ports, except one end is squared-off. This feature was what lead me to pick this computer over similar models. Instead, I found that the computer has a third Display port in place of the VGA port. I had to purchase a new cord to connect to my monitor (which in my case is an old Sony 40-inch plasma TV). About $10 bulks, but delayed setting-up the computer by a day.Other than that, the specs are as advertised, and I got it up and running very well. Don’t have much nice to say about Windows 11, but that’s not the vender’s fault! This is an excellent, fast machine, with lots of storage. I can recommend it regardless of the issues I encountered.

packaging
unit arrived with cover unlatched and ajar – I was able to latch it, and everything seems OK thus far. Also, there was zero paperwork ( no sales receipt, no manual, no Quick Start guide, no “see this Website” note). I understand that it is a Refurbished unit, but no paperwork at all!!

Weird
There’s a glitch in the system that makes it have total blackout of the screen every few minutes .It then resumes normal functioning until the next time which is very annoying.

Great computer for the price
Great computer. Works well. Only minor cosmetic problems with the case, NBD. It came with the world’s cheapest keyboard and mouse, which were good for a laugh before I threw them away. The wireless USB thingy was worthless, so I stuck in a spare wireless card. I also had some spare memory chips, bringing it up to 128GB. Windows 11 started up just fine, no problems. Dual display port works great.

It does not support Windows 11
Initially, I’d like to note that it’s a commendable machine, provided you’re content with Windows 10. It operates quietly and efficiently. Regrettably, I had to return it promptly the following day due to its lack of compatibility with Windows 11. I believe it would have been beneficial if this limitation was clearly communicated beforehand.
