The Worst
I have never written a one star review in my life but i need to spread the truth about this hp scanner. Save your money do not buy this scanner. We are a medical/dental office and we got this networked by our IT person and it has been given us problems since I turned it on. Our IT person had to come to our office during Covid to trouble shoot this scanner in different ways and still it does not work when assigned to workgroup computers. This is no way a enterprise level scanner. I don’t think even HP beta tested it before deployment. When you call HP IT support you get a person from Costa Rica who basically just tells you to unistall and re-install the software on HP site and it should work, if it doesn’t work , there tech support tells you to call microsoft for windows it is about 2 a hour call. Here goes my review: Twain feature of this is so slow or don’t work at times, you cant network multiple computers on this. We tired everything wired to ethernet, to usb , wireless etc. Sadly this scanner does not recognize any other computer other than a computer that it is connect to via usb hub. I would give it a few years until HP realizes that they either need to do a firmware updates or bring a new scanner to deployment.I hope that they beta test these scanners before bringing them to market. Just look elsewhere , you will thank me later.

Zero stars
This product is a joke – it lasted about 2 hours before it failed. HP should be ashamed!
