Too good for the price
Top tier mouse that competes with top of the line products. HyperX has a gem of a mouse I owned the original haste and the haste 2 is a great upgrade build quality is solid. The ttc switches on the mouse buttons are light and spammable. The 8k polling is great.I have only one issue and thatâs the scroll wheel started skipping steps. It doesnât do it all the time but just something to keep in mind.

Lightweight, precise and of impeccable quality
I’ve never had a mouse as light as this one. Now every time I use another mouse it feels heavy. The ergonomics are very good, although I would like the rear descent to be more similar to the Logitech ones. The skates are super gliding. The cable is incredibly light and flexible.I am extremely happy and surprised.

Problems after 8 months of usage
Used the G305 for years until I got tired of the infamous double click issue with logitech. The Haste 2 was very good at first, got used to the shape right away and I use palm/claw hybrid. But after about 8 months:The scrollwheel will jump in the opposite direction when scrolling.Mouse cannot keep up with fast movement and clicking, will just stop working until you cycle the dpi button.Mediocre software but tolerable.Overall, if you’re not a competitive gamer or need usage for a fast-paced game then this mouse is great. But I’m just not happy when I’m surrounded by enemies in Diablo 4 and have to stop and cycle the dpi to use the mouse again, so this is a dealbreaker for me. Will look for a new mouse in the future.Edit: The scroll wheel jump issue is worse now. This makes the mouse literally unusable for gaming or daily activities, unless you plan to scroll once every 5 seconds or something.Edit 2 8/16/2024: Software has been completely reinstalled, problem still happens. I cannot even play fps games with this mouse because the sensor cannot keep up with tracking and every time I see an enemy, the mouse freezes up. The only solution I found was to keep it plugged in while playing fps games….but then what is even the point of paying 70$ for a wireless mouse if I can buy a 30$ wired mouse.Edit 3 9/3/2024: Mouse is now unable to track accurately and will freeze when gaming with shooter games, unless plugged in.

Fantastic mouse for small to medium hands.
I play FPS games competitively. Rank Masters in Apex and Overwatch and one of my hobbies is checking out gaming gear. I’ve got 19.5×10.5cm hands. Relax claw. I’ve tried over 30 top mice since 2021 to find my favorite. (GPX Superlight)-This mouse surprised me. The coating is the best coating I’ve ever felt on a mouse. Slick but not slippery, robust without feeling plasticy.-The battery lasts forever, I never had to think about it.-The white model just looks professional and feels great in the hand. The clicks are on the heavier side but nothing that impedes performance.-The only reason I’m giving this a 4/5 is because it’s too small for my hands. I would have LOVED to keep this mouse but for 19+ hands it’s only really good for fingertip which I can’t play with.-The mouse skates have got to be the most slippery out of box skates I’ve ever encountered, like ice skating, definitely pair with a control pad.If you’ve got 18cm hands or smaller I would highly recommend this mouse over the Superlight and Viper v2.

My favorite wireless mouse so far
My favorite wireless mouse so far. I am looking for a wireless mouse that I can use for both work (Mac) and play (Windows). I use Logitech M720 previously for work. It is a very good mouse but sometimes I do feel it is on the heavier side. I do have a Logitech 502 wired mouse which is very precise but too heavy. Several other gaming mouses I have are all wired ones which can be inconvenient sometimes. Recently I decided to get a wireless gaming mouse which is easy to switch from Mac to Windows. I have tried Razor Orochi V2, which is small to my liking and my wrist hurts after several hoursâ use. I have also considered Razor Viper Pro, Logitech GPW, etc. But those are expensive and I am not a serious gamer. Thus after some research, I decided to try this one. HyperX Haste2 feels very good in hand. It is very light but at the same time, you can feel the control and precision especially with the grip tape. On Mac, I do feel that 2.4G connection is better than Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth on Mac has some lags/latencies which is not desirable. Somehow the Bluetooth is better on my Windows laptop but I still prefer 2.4G connection on Windows. The battery is surprisingly good at the moment but needs to look at battery performance again later in several months. Personally I like everything about this mouse except that the software. On Mac, no software is available but you can still use the mouse (with limited features). Overall it is a very good mouse and my current favorite wireless gaming mouse. I do think the software can be improved and also somehow the Bluetooth on Mac is not good.

Great mouse
If you are looking for a good FPS mouse and don’t mind it being wired, this mouse is great. Very low sensor latency, 8k polling rate and good build quality for the price. My only gripe with this mouse is the mouse wheel is not the best and has had an issue since the original haste where your mouse wheel will start jumping in the opposite direction that you are scrolling. The scroll encoder does not appear to be shield very well, so any little dirt, cat or dog hair will get in and cause this problem (happened on both of mine, I have a cat).

Use to use the Logitech g305, and 203. Seen good reviews on this and the previous version so decided to try it, like the grip tape thatâs included and the extra skates , feels nice and light. Havenât noticed any issues, the software is nice to change the rgb or to change the buttons. Had one for a month and no issues so far, hopefully none will come and these will last as i quite like them.
