perfect replacement
Our granddaughter’s previous gaming computer had failed. She used it for both gaming and school assignments. After doing a lot of on-line research, and in person shopping, I took all of my research and went shopping on Amazon .We found this computer that exceeded the performance of the failed unit and offered better specs and features than what I saw, and all, at a better price. What really excited my granddaughter, was that we would receive the computer the next day. The order was placed on a Saturday and arrived the next day.Set up and connections were easy and presented no problems. Start up was simply following instructions presented on the monitor. and no time at all she was online and showing me all the better performances from speed to image generation on the screen and the color changes within the computer. Also, the mouse and keyboard can change colors. A very, very happy granddaughter. This computer has been up and running since March 10, 2024, and no issues after 3 weeks. If anything should change, I will update this review. You can’t beat this computer and its performance for the price.I give it a strong recommendation for beginner and intermediate gamers, and for all around general use.

Best purchase!
I just got this pc today and so far it’s been worth every cent! Easy to open, no brainer, comes with all the instructions if you need them. Fast! Pretty! I play multiple games and some photo editing it has no problem doing anything with the graphics! It’s also Silent! Not a bit of noise. I love it! I play a few games online that need good graphics, and it hasn’t failed me. Green Hell, Second Life, and 7 Days to Die just to name a few all worked great.

Nice computer for cheaper price.
I needed a PC with more RAM and larger SSD and for the same machine on Dell it was over $500-600 more. I saw good reviews since I was skeptical on the brand. I received everything. The PC is working nice and seems very smooth. Looks sexy too. Very clear and simple instructions which lacked with my past PCs. There is a clear customer service contact but I havent needed it yet but saw good reviews on that but I was happy to see the info right out of the box. Dont notice any flaws with the build or case. Very happy with it.

Dead after a month
Worked great for about a month. Shut it down every night to save power and upon turning it on this morning, nothing. Tried repeatedly and even jumped to different outlets around the house to no avail. Proceeded to troubleshoot and the only advice they had on their guide was check the motherboard cable and switch plate cable which both were fine. So I went a step further and got a new power supply to test on it and once again nothing, so essentially it appears that the motherboard itself has fried seeing as it gives off no indication from a non contact meter but the power supply does. Now we shall see on Monday how their tech support is and how they address this issue because it’s not a cheap purchase. Will update review once I have spoken with them and determine whether I am out 1700 or not.

Good value
bought this for my daughter for Christmas so she could play steam games with me and i must say the pc was a lot nicer than i expected…i run a Ryzen 7 7000 and a gigabyte 3070 and her pc runs games just as good as mine if not better…the vertical mounted gpu looks very nice and the case is really nice to…as far as specs go my daughter ended up with a Asus dual fan 4060ti 8gb and an Asus prime z790-v mother board…650w power supply(don’t know brand name) and a 2tb t-force Cardea nvm2 gen 4 SSD and neo forza ddr5 ram at 5200mhz(going switch to corsair soon)…hope this answer some questions and helps you decide…

Works great, once it’s set up.
I’m typing this review from the PC itself, so it works. I’d even say it works pretty well once you set it up. The main issues are from setting it up, and I want to explain why.Right out of the box, attached to the glass of the case so you can read it from the outside, are directions telling you to loosen the screws to get the glass case open. Only thing is, there aren’t any screws connecting to the glass case. The door to it just pops open when you pull on the side section of it. Basically the instructions were for a different case, and I spent several minutes looking for screws that didn’t exist before just winging it and opening the case with my bare hands like the manufacturer intended. It’s a very convenient and easy to open case, as long as you don’t have instructions for a different cast entirely.I set it up, turned it on, and was greeted by a Windows 11 error message. It claimed the PC had been restarted improperly and that I would need to hit OK to restart it and try to load up Windows 11 again. I hit OK, the PC restarted, and then slapped me with the same error message. I did this 4 more times before opening my laptop and googling the issue, which turned out to require a fix in the registry editor. If anyone else runs into this problem, here is the solution: Press shift+F11 to open CMD, in there type “regedit” without the quotes, then browse to local machine > system > setup > status > Child Completion, and change the Setup exe value from 1 to 3. After that, it finally booted.Next it started installing Windows 11, which is just a terrible OS. It’s not the manufacturer’s fault but holy moly, after like 10 menus where Windows simps for your personal information, I finally got in and found that several of my fairly modern games simply wouldn’t install. They’d get error messages during the installwizard. I troubleshooted and people were pinning it on W11. So I went into the system settings and downgraded to Windows 10, and now everything works fine. All of this is written purely to help others who might end up in my situation when they buy this thing. Once I got it set up, it ran really well. There are a lot of fans, so it can get a tiny bit… well, not noisy, but you can hear it. My old PC didn’t have nearly as many fans, so perhaps I’m just not used to it. But you can hear them spin, if that bothers you. Its temps are quite cool, it runs smooth, I have 0 complaints about it now that it’s set up. But coming with wrong opening instructions and a W11 setup error right out the box for a prebuilt that costs nearly 2 grand is at least worth deducting 1 star in my opinion. I will be updating this over time; if it just breaks in a year or whatever, I’ll be pretty pissed since my last PC that I built from scratch lasted six and still works fine. I just wanted an upgrade.Summary: You might have issues setting it up, but once you’re there it’s pretty solid.
