Can be directly connected to the Amazon Echo (Gen 4), Echo Plus (Gen 1 and 2), Echo Show 10 (Gen 2 and 3), Echo Studio, Eero 6 and 6 Pro. Other Alexa devices require a compatible bridge to control the device through Alexa or the Alexa app.
Compact design: The Innr Smart Plug is slightly wider than a conventional plug, ensuring it doesn’t obstruct adjacent sockets.

Solid Zigbee Smart Plug and Repeater works great with Hubitat
August 2020 Update:Went ahead and purchased another set. Great experience thus far. Pricing is pretty good as you get a couple of plugs relative to a Samsung ST Zigbee plug. Have not had any issues with range and coverage for my usage.I purchased the innr smart plugs for use to control some table lamps and to act as a repeater for some of my Zigbee sensors that were further away from the Hubitat. After about a week, they’ve been working great and the sensors that were somewhat intermittent have been very stable in their responsiveness. Overall the build quality of the innr smart plugs appear to be very good and have a nice finish. I like the form factor as the innr smart plug is designed to use the top outlet, it doesn’t extend in the horizontal direction past the wall plate, and it still allows you to use the bottom receptacle for other devices. The innr smart plugs were very easy to pair and configure to use in home automations. Overall cost might be a little bit higher than standard 2.4GHz WiFi smart plugs, but if you’re looking for Zigbee support especially to act as a repeater in your network you should consider these smart plugs.

So far, great! Until one failed.
My original review:I like the narrower profile, easier to fit in smaller locations. Set up was quick, simple, and works great! Good value. I am happy with this purchase. My update, 3 months later:One of the plugs failed and now will not connect to Alexa. The INNR website has support links that are broken. I wrote to customer support via the method described in the package, hoping to receive a refund, replacement plug, or some tech support solution. Will update…UPDATE: INNR’s Customer Service replied, very nicely, with specific tech support method, which did not work, so they are sending me a replacement plug. So, my review went from 5 stars, to 2 stars and I will settle on 4 stars; love the plug, appreciate the support, wish it hadn’t failed within a couple months of using it, glad I will get a replacement.AND, another update: The company is sending me a 2-pack to replace my single failed plug! Now, that’s good customer service. Back to five stars.

works great with smart things
We have Samsung Smart Things set up in 2 locations-the original smart things outlets used to be cheap-they no longer are. We have put (4) of the Innr plugs into service and they are easily adopted by the hub and work for all routines etc. These also allow the 2nd receptacle plug to be used if needed for something else (they don’t block the receptacle like some larger smart outlets do)

Using with SmartThings
Bought these to run outside with two flood lights on a schedule. Works well, and the connection is good with both even though they are on opposite sides of the house. I keep them in weatherproof cases. I have since brought them indoors temporarily for Christmas until I buy more. I have them on two trees, and have them automated to come on and off on schedule. Alexa integration works well when I want to cycle them outside of the schedule, as does the ST app. I set up each device individually and with groups with no issues. Pairing was easy with the ST app.I have both Hue and ST. I only use Hue devices on the Hue hub and everything else on the ST hub. One reason is I am no longer buying Hue devices due to cost compared with other options. The other is ST does more. I’m not getting rid of Hue, just not expanding it unless their pricing becomes more competitive. Why 4 stars? The Innr website is not up to date. It says products are coming to the US. Well, they are already here. I went looking for information on security as there is nothing on the box, or in the insert. On the website is a vague reference to Zigbee 3.0 for the hub. The ST app told me the plug didn’t have the highest level of security during pairing, but it wasn’t specific on what that was. So, I’m annoyed with Innr for not providing full disclosure of their security, and I’m annoyed with ST for not specifying why it says the plug doesn’t have the highest level of security. Yes, I can contact them both, and will before I purchase more. However, it is a serious failure on both of their parts for making me reach out to them over something this simple and important.

Zigbee Plug-Ins Comparison – Innr, Centralite, and Jasco
I have about two hundred Zigbee devices in our home with a Hubitat hub and I’m a former SmartThings user. I have tried many brands of Zigbee plug-ins. Here is what I have found for Zigbee plug-ins.1. Innr – This is the best but tied with Centralite. It connects immediately, relays the Zigbee signal reliably, and it’s the smallest that I have found so it’s not so much of an ugly box protruding from the wall socket.2. Centralite – This is equal to the Innr in all respects except that it is a long rectangle, versus a square that is not larger than the electrical outlet wallplate, so it protrudes a little bit across the outlet. It also works great, connects easily, and is reliable. I have not compared prices.3. Jasco – This is terrible. It’s supposed to be the new “3” version of Zigbee. It does not connnect well and loses the signal. I have used about ten of them and I’m in the process of removing them from my Hubitat network and throwing them away. Don’t be fooled by “Zigbee 3” or “Zigbee 3.0” with purported further reaching signals. The Inner and Centralite plug-ins work great.

Es fácil de instalar y configurar, alexa lo detecta de inmediato, y su velocidad de respuesta es rápida, mucho mejor los enchufes con tecnologÃa zigbee que los enchufes con tecnologÃa wifi, y es marca reconocida,
