coolest gift
I bought this for my husband and he is so excited to see what all visits our feeder! It’s great quality of images and the closeness of the animals makes it fun for him while he’s working in his windowless office.

bad camera, no customer service
Bought one for me, set up was great, easy, but the camera would go offline if the battery got low. No biggie. Bought another for my sister for Christmas. Opened it up in March (beyond return window) to help them set up. The camera would NOT connect to the internet, no matter what I did. I tried many, many times, it would not recognize or accept the aztec symbol. The reset tool in this one was missing from shipping (clue 1), when I used the one from the original feeder there was nothing inside the camera to push on to reset. Customer service keeps saying “our engineers are working on it” no matter what we tell them. How can they be “working on it” when there’s no connection???? I put my camera in it, no problem, it recognized the aztec immediately and hooked to their internet immediately. The original camera was bad out of the box, the plastic piece was off the camera, no reset tool. I’m waiting for them to do something to replace the bad $100 camera that is useless.UPDATE 6/12/2024….Still waiting for the company to figure out what is going on, LOL. Do NOT buy this camera. The app is junk, camera didn’t work out of the box, couldn’t hook it up, pieces missing, unable to reset, JUNK! I went in a different direction with a different brand and app and what a difference so far.

Perfect edition in my yard.
I have enjoyed the activity from the birds as they flying and landing on this bird feeder inside my house looking at the activity on my iPad. The only problem is that the black birds monopolizing the system.

Accurate and quality images
Bought this for my Mom who loves her birds but is bedridden now. Set up was easy, app was easy to connect. The clarity of the image is great! I also like to that it can be shared with others. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it advertised that it would work with Alexa but still cannot figure it out. I also bought my Mom an Echo so she could view the birdfeeder from it. Disappointed in that but overall a great smart feeder. Iâd give it 4.5 or higher if it was an option but didnât want to give it 5 for misleading.

Terrible
I’m not sure there is anything positive to say about this. I sent this back fairly quickly for several reasons (listed below) and purchased a Netvue Birdfy which is amazing. So I’ll use that bar to rate this Letton one.PROS- Camera is easy to work with and looks well built- Pictures/Videos are good (if you can get them)CONS- Horrible time connecting to 2.4 GHz signal (Birdfy did this in less than 10 secs)- Only offers one way to attach feeder to fence/house, etc. No strap, etc.- Bad design and messy when adding birdseed; only offers small opening that with cover that must be screwed down to keep closed. Poor thought and design.- Instructions terrible and almost useless- Assembly process badly designed compared to Birdfy. Too many screws, small bolts to hold parts together.Even with these issues, this package arrived without being in a protective, typical Amazon box, and as a result it somewhat beat up. When I sent it back it was better protectedDon’t buy this one and avoid a headache.

Teeny tiny screws
I love this bird feeder EXCEPT why in the world did they design it to where you have to loosen 2 teeny tiny screws to refill the feed???? Guess whatâ¦. They are hard to get off and you inevitably lose them.
