Pretty color, quality seems good
I chose this ball for the soft, pretty pink color. Seems to be good quality. The inflator isnât the greatest but was able to get it to work and am happy with the results.

Longevity-400 pounds – after 4 years
Iâm writing this review because I finally need to buy another one. Been using it a few times a week for 4 years . The only reason I need a new one is because my nephew decided to stab it with a knife because he said he thought it would pop like a balloon lol. Itâs fine Iâm not upset, just wanted to say I was close to 400 pounds when I first started using it in 2020 and under that weight had no issues and since Iâve lost weight had no issues . It really helped me with squats and ab exercises . Mostly stuff like Bulgarian/split squats while holding dumbbells ,overhead squats, wall squats, sit ups, knee tucks , planks ,leg lowers. When I say this really helped me I mean it really helped me . I wanted to do low intensity workouts as when youâre overweight itâs such an addictive struggle to not work out . To not put energy in a workout . At first . But when you do low intensity workouts like with this ball you start to get more energy slowly and I started to walk and eventually run all starting from this ball .

Excellent balance ball, exceeded my expectations
I’m very happy that I purchased this balance ball. As someone who has just recently begun to take an interest in her physical fitness, my core isn’t nearly as strong as it should be. The strongest evidence of this has been my inability to sit up straight for any length of time and the severe back and neck pain I’ve begun to experience after sitting in a conventional desk chair for hours on end while studying. I’m only in my early 30’s and I know that I need to get this under control now, before it gets much worse and much more difficult to correct! I can feel a difference in the ease with which I can adopt an appropriate posture when using this ball as a desk chair. The ball itself is very thick and sturdy. It was easy to inflate. I followed the directions and only inflated it to approximately 80% of its capacity ok the first day, then completely inflated it after I allowed it to sit for 24 hours. I used a measuring tape to measure 65cm from the wall and placed the ball between the wall and a chair, set at the 65cm mark, in order to get an idea of when to stop inflating. The instructions that came with the ball explain this process very thoroughly. They also include suggested measurements for initial inflation.Although I’m 5’4″ (which means my suggested ball size is 55cm), I’m glad I ordered the 65cm ball. I think the 55cm one would’ve been too small to use as a desk chair. With the 65cm one I am sitting at an appropriate height at my desk. I can easily type on my laptop, rest my arms on the desk, and flip through my textbooks. I am able to sit for longer periods of time and don’t feel like I need to cross my legs or slouch nearly as often as I did with a normal desk chair. The ball looks really nice, too! I got the charcoal color, which is a very dark gray (basically black) with a hint of a shimmer. The logo is pretty neat, too! I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase. The only downside to using a plain balance ball as a desk chair is that you can’t scoot around on it easily. It’s hard to move closer or further from the desk. That’s not a problem with this ball, though! Just the nature of this particular utilization of it. I may buy an actual balance ball chair (with wheels and a backrest), eventually. 🙂

Be careful about inadvertently injuring yourself after using the ball as a chair!
The ball itself is nice and seems well made. It has held air for over a month now without deflating. I liked sitting on it when I was using it.As the reader may have guessed from the review title, I injured myself because of using the ball. Sitting on the ball makes the back widen out, which pulls and stretches muscles the user may not have felt before. That is why the ball is good, because it helps to loosen and widen a tight back. The problem that causes though is that if the user then goes out into their regular life and tries moving around with those newly revealed muscles, the muscles are much too weak to handle the stress that comes from moving normally the way the person is used to with their old tight strong back muscles.I went out to do some lawn work that involved working with a riding lawn mower and lifting and bending. Without thinking about it, I tried to lift and bend with the new muscles sitting on the ball had exposed, but I put the force on them I usually put on the strong muscles in my back that I have used for years. I didn’t notice it at the time, but a few hours later my back really started hurting. Then that night I literally could not get in and out of a chair or the bed without yelling out loud because the pain was so intense. It has taken almost a month and a half for that pain to go away and to feel like I can move normally. And of course I have not used the ball at all.So it is not like sitting on the ball is bad for a person and will injure them. That is not what I mean. What I mean is that sitting on the ball will open up new muscles that are very weak because they have never been used before. And if someone then tries to use those newly exposed muscles without giving them time to get strong, in my case anyways, it lead to an immediate, excruciating injury. The pain was literally so bad I was thinking I was going to have to go to the emergency room.I would recommend the ball for sitting based on it’s quality and the comfort. I liked and enjoyed sitting on the ball. But be careful if you feel new muscles giving you little aching twinges, and do not go out and do strenuous physical work unless you are very mindful about which parts of your body you are using to do the work.

I bought this exercise ball 2.5 months ago and was surprised how easily it can be inflated with the manual pump that comes with it. Less than 5 minutes for the initial filling and no more than 2 minutes for the final filling 24 hours later. There is a wide range of colors available, but I bought the dark grey one; very satisfied, it is a rich color. For travelling purposes, I bought a second one recently, this one silver, and the look of the ball is still very good. This second one was as easy to inflate as the first one.The first one has been inflated to its quoted diameter, that is 26 inches, (and even more by mistake, but corrected afterward) and it kept its diameter since then (2.5 months). The attached picture shows both balls, the dark grey one to its final 26 inch diameter, the silver one to its initial 22 inch diameter, the latter will be completely inflated in 24 hours.I am using the ball daily and I am surprised how sturdy it is. I bought it upon recommendation of my qualified trainer to improve bodily stability. The number of exercises that can be performed seems to be almost infinite, thus providing a wide variety of possibilities to work out every parts of the body.I would NOT have used the ball without professional supervision though, especially being an older person suffering from osteoporosis.I feel I made a very good choice buying this ball.
