Perfect condition
Rarely do I ever buy used tech but this was definitely worth the price. So far as of writing this I’ve had it for 5 days. It operates like a new Mac, battery life is great, no visible Knicks or scratches, speakers sound great, RAM and memory as described. All ports are functioning. Over all a 10/10 considering the price. Great product.

Computer great, battery not so much
This is a quality laptop at a fair price, but the battery life hovers just below 80% of its design capacity. At 494 cycles and 5.5 years, this isnât unheard of and I did not choose to return it. Took a while to get the battery conditioned to run at this level, and by then Iâd already transferred my system to the laptop so I took it as is. Other than that, it runs great, no complaints and can even run Windows concurrently (better than my newer HP laptop). The lack of ability to upgrade RAM, HD, and graphics card should be considered when purchasing a MacBook – in other words, get the best one you can afford from the start.

Almost a Great Buy
The machine overall looked good and with the price and the specs I was very hopeful I had found the machine for me for the next decade. Unfortunately, there is an electrical glitch in it where the touch bar disappears and the computer will suddenly shut down or restart itself. On the good side, I called Amazon and told them the problem and they set up a refund and return quickly. Now I start shopping for a computer again.

Keyboard is insane.
The entire keyboard is completely messed up.When press the buttons, it cracks and it is really hard to press them. I think there is sand inside to be honest.I am returning it because I can’t do anything with it.

Perfect for Designers
I purchased a 2018 MacBook with 16GB memory and 1TB storage. Iâm a student studying graphic design in my senior year. I needed a new laptop with more memory and storage for my Adobe programs. This was perfect, Iâm now in the middle of semester and Iâve been able to render all my videos and run multiple programs all at once with no issue. Runs and works like a brand new MacBook (and it beats buying a brand new MacBook)When I purchased the laptop the charger it came with was not working and I contacted the company and they promptly reimbursed me so I could buy a new one. This is the PERFECT buy for a designer who just needs a little more power in the machine!

Awesome MacBook pro
Looks new works great I only had one problem the aftermarket charger that came with it was dead on arrival so I had to replace it with a new one but other than that I really like it

Laptop in good condition, checks all the boxes I need.
Not bad at all for the price, plenty of storage space and RAM. Couple keys were slightly stuck (specifically the “o” and “u”) on the keyboard but nothing I can’t work around. Batter out of the box was at 79% capacity, not horrible. Typically I get a solid 3 hours of use before I need to charge, would recommend carrying a cord around with yourself.
