Great little unit
I used this to watch My Favorite Movies that I had put on A usb ssd. What a great little Machine.Since I do not use it all the time I attached it to a little Power on/off switch because it does not fully power down, no problem. It is easy to use, small. Very impressed first week I think I will put My ITunes library and My Wifeâs also since There is plenty of room.Keep up the good work and I will mention the unit to others!

Rock solid!
I installed this in a store front which feeds multiple screen displays and configured it to continously loop random product videos from an SD card. It runs on a 24/7 power source so all the store clerks have to do is turn on/off the screens each day. This little device has been running non-stop for more than four weeks now. It’s proven to be one of the most reliable pieces of hardware in the entire store. I’m rather amazed at how rock solid it has been.If you need a set-it-and-forget-it type of media player, this is the one.

Great for looping videos
I needed to loop a video on a TV for a tradeshow, and the NEUMI ATOM 1080P Full-HD Digital Media Player was perfect for the job. It plays back effortlessly from a USB thumb drive and has a very small footprint, making it easy to set up and hide away. The playback quality is excellent, and it handled continuous looping without any issues. The only downside is that itâs not USB powered and requires an AC adapter for power. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall performance and convenience it offers. I would recommend this unit for anyone needing a reliable media player for presentations or displays.

Works great
Connected to a portable monitor with HDMI in, it plays videos and image files from every device I have connected to it (portable hard drives, thumb drives, etc.).Looks exactly like other more expensive units, even the remotes are compatible.Excellent deal and works great!

Like an old Godzilla movie from the 1950’s
I tried watching a recording off a SD card and the lips move than you hear the voice. Will try a different product. Returned! Received credit in about 10 days but could take up to 30 days. Amazon should advise when a return could take up to 30 days.

Easy fast Remote with Fast Forward, Pause, Skip to Next, etc. Plays mp4 and other files = 1 TB USB
Improved Remote with the mentioned features and others.Single Play, Loop, Sequential Loop; Return, Pause, etc. Better/faster than prior version.Supports 1 TB USB thumb drive. Bought a spare Neumi for RV and travel.Note: Do Not buy Micca Speck brand: won’t play standard formatted mp4’s. Junk.

Works great now, but needed the updated software.
This is a great video and slide show player. I use it at a museum where it can play a short, silent video loop, but can play a longer informational video with sound when the trigger button is pushed. I had trouble getting it to do the trigger function so I contacted Neumi support. They showed me how to download and install a new software update, which fixed the problem. This model has a really good remote. I also bought the Neumi Atom 4K Lite, but it has an inferior remote, even though the 4K Lite is a higher-level model. I bought a 5 pack of 1 gig USB drives for $14, since my videos are only about 100 mb. The trigger button is only about 10 bucks and works great with this player. So the total of $34 for the player, $10 for the button and $3 for the flash drive gave the museum a very cost-effective informational display presentation setup. This would work great for sales presentations too. Just provide your own TV.

It works but it occasionally freaks out and stops reading cards
As the title says, it did what I needed to do, we have it in our lobby cycling through videos for customers to view and purchase. Overall it does what it needs to do, despite its cheesy android interface. What DOES happen though is it occasionally just completely freaks out and doesn’t want to boot up. You have to unplug all memory cards, reset the device to factory settings and then replug your memory card. We do this about once every 2 weeks. Its manageable but completely unecessary. I would have paid a couple bucks more for something more reliable but it is what it is. It works, just not amazing.
