Wasted hours setting up a locked phone
Phone is locked – thought I could trust Amazon to tell the truth but was wrong. I wasted several hours of my life setting up the phone only to find out my SIM wouldn’t work. Mobile carrier and Amazon tech support confirmed the phone is locked. Guess I’m taking my old phone on vacation with saran wrap covering the shattered screen. Doubt I’ll ever order from Amazon again.

Phone blocked
Good evening, I’m having trouble using my mobile phone, it’s locked and the local network isn’t recognised, so now I don’t know how to unlock it.

Nice, but not GSM unlocked
The phone seems nice, but is not GSM unlocked. Couldn’t even use it at all. Very disappointed

Only works in Hong Kong
Despite the claim that this phone is GSM network compatible, it would not work with my carrier. A call to Nokia support revealed that this model is intended for only the Hong Kong market. I wish the webpage had said that.

Don’t buy this phone
The phone is advertised as an unlocked phone, but can’t be used on any GSM network.
