Great business machine
I would not recommend this for a gaming computer, there is no dedicated video card. This is a very inexpensive computer, you should not be expecting high performance. It is very good as far as running work related applications. I am quite happy with my purchase, it starts up really quickly and supports 2 monitors. Zero complains for my usage.

Very Good Mini Computer but Wi-Fi might be an issue
The Good: Windows 11 runs well, boot up is fast, no bloatware, Seems to be a pretty good performing machine for office applications and web browsing, Small foot print. Full function USB C will operate and power a USB C touch screen monitor. As mentioned several times – not a 3D gaming machine. The Bad: Wireless was not the best (~8Mb/s to 20MB/s max and unstable – not really useful for YouTube). Not sure if I got a bad chip or what. After trying everything in the book to fix I gave up and bought a TP-LINK Archer T3U USB Wi-Fi Adapter and got the Wi-Fi up to 80Mb/s. Now it’s fully useful for what I need.

Awesome workhorse
I’ve built many a computer from scratch both for home and work but now that I’m retired I have little interest in researching and building a box. That’s why I gave this little inexpensive box a shot. And little it is, about the size of a sandwich. I’d expected the fan to be loud; packing all this power in a small case, but it’s very quiet. And powerful, amazingly so. I like a stock-car build, speed and efficiency, and this does it. It’s a home workhorse, not a gamer but it’s what we needed. And with Microsoft soon puling support for W10, this is cheaper than the W11 license alone and it’s a pro version. I’m suitably impressed.

Small Packages
This Pelron was definitely a small package. It is 4 in x 4in and contains everything a regular computer has to offer including 1T hard drive. There are not many spaces to plug in things though, so I bought a USB Hub. There are 2 USBs in the front and 2 in the back. There are 2 HDMIs in the back and a place for an internet cord. In the front there is a C port and a plug for headphones also. With all the wireless things today, USBs are a must.

Worked once
Took it out of the box, plugged it into a monitor, it worked perfectly. Did not need a password. It came installed with everything Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge. Was able to connect it to my internet, download Google Chrome, went email, Facebook, etc… and everything was fine. Ended my session and turned the unit off. I turned it on this morning and it is asking for a password. I really only use one password for all of my accounts so I tried and it was incorrect. I used the “forgot password” option and it says I am not providing enough information to recover the password. I cannot log into the unit so I will have to return it.

Raspberry Pi 4 Replacement
Bought mostly to upgrade from my pi server and to have something new to play with. Still setting it up, but it’s been solid so far.First things I did were replace the Peladn-branded SSD with one I had laying around because I just don’t trust it and to repaste the CPU cooler with high quality paste. Runs extremely cool and while the fan is on more often than not, it’s not loud, and there are fan options in the (expansive) bios that you can play with. The wifi is pretty OK. Decent signal strength and speed through three walls. I am using the ethernet instead which gets my full 550mbit/s connection speed and has not dropped or had any other issues.A side note – if you’re taking this thing completely apart just be aware that the wifi antennas are glued to the underside of the top of the case and if you’re not careful while taking the board out I can definitely see snapping the wires. All the USB ports work and the USB3 ports are 10gbit. Connectors are neither too tight or loose. Everything inside seems pretty solid. Can’t vouch for it’s performance in Windows but running a Plasma-based Linux desktop it’s super snappy, and if you’re just running a headless server there will be plenty of resources free to do whatever you want.
