Playstation remote with a screen
I got this because i prefer the PlayStation remote factor over the gameboy style game system out there. I could not test out the second remote for two players because there were no wires inside of it. It looked the part but was just an empty shell. As for the main gamesystem there are allot of duplicate games, overall about 150 are unique ones that i found there could be more though. Lost of old gamesystem games, nintendo, sega, atari.

Fun Retro Gaming Experience for Casual Play
The PlayingStation 520-in-1 Retro Games Handheld from Arcadenia is a hit in our household! My 5-year-old son and I aren’t big gamers, but we wanted something fun to play together occasionally, and this console fits the bill perfectly. The modern appearance and compact design are appealing, and the 512 retro games provide endless entertainment. It’s intuitive to operate, even for young children, and the option for two-player gaming adds to the fun.I appreciate the built-in rechargeable battery, which saves us from constantly buying replacements. Plus, the TV connectivity feature allows us to enjoy the games on a larger screen for an enhanced experience.Overall, this console has been a delightful addition to our family time, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for simple, casual gaming enjoyment.

Bad controls, bad buttons, flimsy lightweight, cool that it looks like a ps2 controller
The only thing that this retro gaming handheld console has going for it is itâs cool and wacky design reminiscent of a PS2 controller. Everything else about this controller is either bad or subpar and my review in short is that you should look elsewhere for around double the money of this console you can get a quality retro gaming handheld from a better brand that feels and plays much better than this one with custom firmware and the option to load your own games. The hardware of this controller is bad the controller feels hollow, buttons all feel hollow and bad, the d-pad is almost unusable because pressing down and slightly wiggling it will trigger left and right. The controls are bad and this controller to me is just something to put on a coffee table as a fun convo piece or to give to a kid to mess with. The screen is not the worst for $20 itâs what you expect bad viewing angles and weird holographic colors but thatâs not the worst part about this. It has a mono speaker and the right space for the analogue stick is just empty. No shoulder buttons so canât play any games with those required. The game library has many many duplicates so I would guess around 200 unique titles and out of those maybe 20 are actually decent titles the rest is just junk. Battery life is okay because you wonât play long on this thing, the weird thing you can see in my pictures there is no battery indicator and the screen just gets dimmer and dimmer when battery is low until you canât see the screen anymore, bad hardware design with no protection for screen and backlight when battery is low.Thereâs no reason to get this handheld, beside the fact that it is cool and wacky and looks like a PS2 controller with a screen attached. If you want a good retro handheld look for other listings in the price range of about double this one and you will get a great handheld.

Nostalgic fun
These are many of the games of my childhood, so fun to scroll through these and play them again. Of the games I’ve tried so far they have run fine on this device (no stuttering, slowing way down, etc), the sound is good, the controls are pretty good and the screen is sharp but tiny. The form factor is overall good, fits in the hand well and have good button placement. Just don’t expect XBox quality button performance — the buttons are a bit squishy and not super responsive, which is a bit frustrating on some of the twitchier games. For modern games this wouldn’t be acceptable but for these old games, meh, probably good enough most of the time. The screen is pretty small for these old eyes, but the colors and resolution are pretty good. Overall this unit’s size feels more appropriate to youngsters — except I’m not sure the games themselves are going to hold their interest (hard to compete with a Switch, etc).It comes with 520 games, which sounds like a lot but there’s probably going to be a lot of games you aren’t very interested in. It’s probably more like having 10 games you like & remember well, 10 games you kind of like, and 10 games you may occasionally play and the rest you’ll probably ignore. Still a lot of games for such an inexpensive device. The interface is very basic, just scrolling through a list of 520 games (no marking favorites, searching, etc). If your favorite game is #250 you’re going to be doing a bit of scrolling each time.If you are nostalgic for old arcade & console games, and you can handle the tiny screen, you’ll definitely get $25 worth of entertainment out of this!

Super fun
I got this for my grandsons because they love video games. I love that it was a two-player so they were both able to play. It’s cool because it has the classic games and nowadays kids only know the new ones. They had a lot of fun battling each other. It was really easy to use and to hook up.

Disappointing Retro Handheld
While the PlayStation 520-in-1 Retro Games Handheld may look like a PS2 controller, that’s where the similarities end. This cheaply built device is a disappointment on multiple levels.First, the controller lacks shoulder buttons, which are essential for many classic games. Even worse, the analog sticks have been replaced by speakers, removing that as an option altogether. The overall build quality is poor. The plastic feels flimsy, and the buttons are mushy and unresponsive. To top it off, my device stopped working almost immediately after I started using it.While the idea of a retro handheld with a PS2 controller design is appealing, the execution of this product is terrible. The lack of essential buttons, cheap build quality, and poor reliability make it a product to avoid.

not a horrible gaming system
for $20, you cant really complain. the graphics are pretty rough but its only $20…it does what it says it will. the newer mario games arent on here, only the super old ones. if you like the old classic games, this would probably be for you.
