Just bought 2nd set.
Have had a pair at work for a couple years. Never really used them, preferring to use an old 1 earpiece Jabra. Recently changed jobs so decided to give them a shot. Fast forward and I just bought another set for home.1. Excellent sound quality. I’m kind of a snob when it comes to what I listen to music with. These do not disappoint.2. Supports 2 simultaneous bluetooth sources. I usually have music playing from my phone while at work. I can hit pause, join a Teams/Webex call on my laptop, and then back to music without changing a thing.3. Comfortable.4. Battery life. After 5-6 hours of continual use the battery is usually around 50% still. An hour on the charger and I’m back to 100%.

4 Bad Units in 8 Months
I previously had the Legend and loved it. When it finally died I jumped at the 6200 as I have always liked the horseshoe design and the option to use one ear piece to talk on the phone and 2 for music. After 8 months of living with it here is my assessment. Keep in mind I only used this as a Bluetooth device to my mobile phone. I never connected it to my PC for UC calls.Pro’s:-Massive 11 hour battery life (talk time)-Disappears under clothing-Excellent sound for both calls and music-Excellent noise cancellation (User background noise eliminated)-Quick charging-Intuitive Controls-Customer service was excellent and each of the 4 failed headsets were promptly replaced in succession.Cons:-Background noise, on a call, is amplified to person you are speaking with. Received many caller complaints when I was walking on carpeted steps and opening doors- After a month or two of use, each head set suffered from the introduction of loud crackling and popping sound that both parties, on a call, could hear. The issue would come and go but ultimately rendered each headset unusablePolycom/Plantronics is now sending me a new 5200 single ear piece unit. It’s a bit of a downgrade but I know they work and have excellent background noise suppression. My brother has one and loves it. If you buy any headset you can expect to have an issue with it. I will admit I’ve had other issues with Plantronics headsets as has my brother but I have to hand it to Polycom for quickly turning around each and every support request and keeping me in business. Although I’ve had issues I will stick with Polycom as once I get a good headset it’s rock solid for years.

Great headset.
I use these everyday for work and they are great quality. The range is a bit short but other than that the mix and headphones work great.

Can connect 2 phones simultaneously
Update: a year later and still going strong. I somehow broke one ear piece and glued it back together… Still works. Rarely get complaints about people hearing me. Quick charging is a big plusCons: I do wish it had more volume because sometimes calls sound low.Sometimes (when two phones are simultaneously connected) one phone will randomly disconnectLost my expensive ear pods and replaced with this (not that these were cheap). The lost pods were under the protection plan that didn’t replace or offer any type of replacement discount. Jabra’s loss was Voyager’s gain. I’m just a regular person who likes music and the ability to use my phone without constant holding it. For me, these have good range (I’ve left phone upstairs and across the house without completely losing connection), clear sound(no complaints from me or the caller), has noise cancelling, vibrates and calls out caller if they are programmed, 6 hour battery life(with heavy use it will recharge in about 15 minutes). I cannot comment on gym use(not heavily used in gym but worked ok with light sweating and treadmill use), blocks out a decent amount of everyday surrounding noise but I’ve not worn them on a plane. Big plus, everyday and at the same time I have work (Apple) and personal phone (Android) connected. When power on, headset says “power on,battery high, talk time 6 hours, phone one connected, phone two connected.” If on a call with one, the other will beep in however I have to disconnect the first call to answer the second call thru the headset. If I answer the second call while still on the first call the second call can only be heard via speaker or thru the phone itself(only complaint). I’ve owned these longer than 120 days.

Snap Crackle & Pop!
I had to send it back. For this much money you would expect a quality product. The customer service agent said he personally hadn’t heard of the sound quality issues my device suffered. On both my phone and pc this device suffered a crackling issue, and completely lost sound intermittently, happening more than once per minute. This product comes with a USB-A dongle, and requires their USB-A dongle to work via your pc – so it won’t work via bluetooth on pc’s. If you want to buy their USB-C dongle, that’ll be $200 (I wish I was joking). These dongles cost about a dollar to manufacture in Asia, so nice markup if you can get it!After being tied up on the phone with plantronics/poly for about an hour, upgrading the firmware and running various tests, I’m having to send this back. Thank the gods for amazon prime! Poly expected me to borrow a friend’s pc – failure of their product on two new devices is apparently not enough! They weren’t even willing to do a product swap out! They were doing EVERYTHING possible to refuse fixing their faulty product. While I appreciate being able to talk with an American based customer service guy (though he wasn’t so good at listening), paying this much money to me means they should stand behind their product.

Excellent, clear sound with Dell PC and Samsung S24 Ultra, mic is 85%
I love the ease of connection to laptop and phone, which is automatic once set up and simultaneous to both. Knows to shut down what device as calls are answered. Works with MS Teams for meetings and calls. I’d give it 5 stars but occasionally the microphone causes people to say they can barely hear me. Oddly, I move it and they say now it’s Ok. The earbuds are fine fit but a little stiff which after a workday made my ears hurt. I ordered the Bose Stayhear replacement buds from Amazon and now the headset is near perfect; stays put always and is my fave.

My guess is that they might have some corporate approvals and that could be the reason for this high premium. Though the product is good, comfortable and sound quality and ANC is also quite good, but the price is not justified.

Awesome set of ear phones. I work from home and can spend hours at a time on the phone. The ear peice fits nicely and doesn’t irritate my ear in the least. The sound is great, both from a receiving and those on the other end of the phone hearing me. A breeze to pair with my computer and cell phone

Noise cancelling feature does not work, online meetings in a business office are a struggle. This was the feature I wanted most in this device so are very disappointed.
