Great fan Great Price Perfect for summer and travel
We bought this fan for summer travel and for the kids for camp. We ended buying another almost immediately because the fan is absolutely phenomenal. The blades or set back and protected so we felt more comfortable with a smaller child holding it without damaging those tiny fingers. The amount of air that comes through and number of fan speeds are truly fantastic. It’s feels strong and cooling and has an incredibly small footprint with its ability to fold. It’s perfect to pack in a bag for a trip and ideal to take into any theme park or ballpark on those hot days. The battery life has also been impressive as we have yet to deplete the battery during a day with solid usage though we plan to truly put that to the test on a summer vacation at some point. I have to say the product for the price is an incredible deal so if you are looking for a portable compact strong fan this one is ideal!

Powerful fan
This is a very powerful handheld fan. It is very cooling. The only downside it is kind of loud, but it definitely gets the job done. I was recommended this from a coworker and a lot of our coworkers have been buying the Same fan. I was also told from my other coworkers to buy them this van also so this is my fourth fan. I am buying from you guys. Definitely worth the buy. And always getting amazing feedback from others.

Powerful to say the least!
Strong handheld fan, not the most silent, bud defiantly great at doing it’s job. The integrated screen lets you know how much battery is left and what speed you are on. Speed goes from 1 to 5. Great for keeping you cool on hot summer days, also tried it out at the beach and worked perfectly.

Powerful little fan!
Great fan, small and portable! Holds the charge for about 10 hours. Some complain that it’s slightly noisy, but it’s not bad on level 1 or 2. Level 4-5 sounds a little like a blow dryer… but I love it anyhow and it does the trick!

Compact and strong
This is a cute little fan with 5 settings with a powerful motor. I am reminded of how powerful the motor is each time I turn it on, because it is a bit noisy. Not loud, but noisy. However, every level up, it gets noisier. Everyone loves it though.

A woman of a certain age!
This is sooooooooo powerful. I was pleasantly to find out this small handheld fan was this powerful and cooling. It’s small enough to fit in a medium size handbag with great battery life. I love the digital screen and sleek, seamless design. The price isn’t bad either!

The best there is!
This isn’t a fan, this is a lifesaver! This little device has literally allowed me to enjoy outside events that I would not consider going to because of the heat. I promise you’ll be amazed by the power and I’ve even used it to dry my hair while camping. I was also very impressed with the battery life although it does take quite awhile to get a full charge.I loved it so much that I bought 3 for myself, one for work, car, and home!

Battery life is amazing…
Great product at an amazing price.. Battery on this unit is just amazing and very affordable. Only problem is a bit loud.. motor is a bit loud even on low wich is 1 setting.. still for the price and function is an amazing piece of engineering.

Today I am reviewing the Diveblues Portable Handheld Turbo Fan. This small handheld fan comes with a lanyard and usb charging cable in the box. The fan housing is made of ABS plastic and feels extremely solid. The fan head can be tilted to an angle that makes it a nice little desktop fan. The fan is small like about 1 inch but powerful. The battery housing has a 3600mAh rechargeable battery that is charged via a USB-C port on the side. Depending on the speed when in use the battery can last from 1.5 -12 hours and takes around 3 hours to recharge. The front of the fan has an LED screen that tells you the speed (1-5) and the battery life using led lights (25% usage for each led). In use, this handheld fan is incredibly powerful for such. a small fan. When I opened the box I was surprised how small it was and thought the fan size was so small that it was going to be a waste. All I can say is WOW! Diveblues has its fan tech going on! Not only does the battery life impress but the fan is outstanding! Even at a setting of 2 it is pushing quite a bit of air. At 5 you could use it as a cold air hairdryer… no joke! I can absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a small but powerful personal fan. It can easily fit in a pocket and it’s rechargeable!

Unfortunately we haven’t had any hot weather to really try this fan out. The positives with this fan are that:- there is an LED display that indicates the level that the fan is on and how much battery time is remaining.- The head of the fan is angle adjustable which allows the fan to be placed on a solid surface and allows the air to be directed to the body, so this could also be used at home or work.- There is a neck strap included which allows this to be operated hands free, which is ideal when sitting down. This could be excellent for use on a train. The fan can also be used whilst walking about, provided that you remain upright. Obviously, bending forward means that the fan falls way from the body and dangles in the air.- The fan is powerful and on the lowest setting provides plenty of cool air.The fan is operated by a single button on the front. A single press turns the machine on and subsequent presses will cycle up through the speeds. If the button is pressed and held then the machine turns off. It also turns off by cycling thought the various speeds. There is no getting away from the fact that this is a noisy fan, even on the lowest setting, but it is powerful. With the neck strap on and the fan sitting on the chest there is sufficient wind generated to provide wind noise across the ears. The fan head can be angled through 180 degrees which will enable it to be placed on a hard surface with the head angled to provide air to the face and the button accessible. However, with the neck strap in place the fan only really operates in one orientation, i.e. with the button against the chest. Trying it the other way means that the fan is unstable.Whilst some people may see the noise level as an issue, personally, I would prefer to be cooled down irrespective of the noise. Having sat on some extremely hot trains in my time I wish I had had this fan back then.

This is a fairly decent handheld/portable battery powered fan that seems reasonably well-constructed and works as expected without issues. It has a relatively high airflow based on its size (~ 5 cm, 6 blades) although it does fall short of its claims. The frame and the body are entirely plastic which is typical of most of these fans found here; however, the fan grill at the back is made of metal and that’s a pleasant surprise to say the least. With that being said, it does feel and seem reasonably sturdy but a 1 m/3 ft drop to a concrete floor could potentially break it but not necessarily entirely destroyed.≡ Physical buildThe physical build quality seems decent although it’s entirely made of plastic with the exception of the fan grill at the back. The fan grill cannot be removed for cleaning. It’s also slightly heavier than expected so I suppose that’s a god sign given the circumstance. The head is tiltable at around 180° which is decent (a few others that I’ve come across only allows for 90°). It also comes with a lanyard should you have the need for it. A single button is to turn it on, cycle through all 5 speeds/levels, and finally turn it off again; nothing fancy here.≡ FeaturesWell, this particular handheld fan isn’t exactly equipped with a lot of features. It has 5 levels of speed to choose from along with a LED that displays the current fan speed/level (1-5) and battery capacity remaining, and that’s about all there is.It can be used while it’s being charged and on average it will draw about 0.25A more (to about 1.5-1.6A) in comparison. This is particularly helpful if you wanna use this as desk fan (as I often do) with it being always connected to a power source. It claims to have a 3600 mAh battery but that’s unverified.≡ PerformanceIn addition, it claims to have 5 speeds ranging from 4 m/s (level 1) all the way to 9 m/s (level 5) and that’s one of the reasons for the order; unfortunately, it falls short on the claim of being able to provide 9 m/s at level 5. The max speed is about 7.08 m/s at level 5 under the best circumstance. Suffice to say I’m rather disappointed but its overall performance isn’t half bad and that’s the main reason why this isn’t a 3 star product.I should also mention that it’s actually fairly audible even at level 1 and level 5 would sound like a mini hair dryer, so this fan is fairly loud in comparison to most other handheld or even desk fans. One of the reasons for the noise level is the fact that it has a noticeably SMALLER fan which requires HIGHER RPM in order to produce the same amount of air flow (when all else being equal). As such, if you want a quieter fan, go for the largest one you’re willing to accept and run it at the lowest speed you can take. On the other hand, if size (i.e. fan diameter) is a concern for you (i.e. the smaller the better), then louder noise is inevitable unless new laws of physics (or material) can be discovered. Blade design also plays an critical role but that’s outside the scope of this discussion.≡ PowerIt draws about 6.5W (7W claimed) when it’s being charged (when it’s 50-75% full). Unlike several fans tested which often draw WAY more power when it’s charging and running at the same time, this particular fan does NOT appear to draw significantly more power (about 0.8-1.2W more) when it’s being charged and running simultaneously. It does NOT support PD/QC which means it will take a while (2-3 hrs) to fully charge its claimed 3600 mAh battery if it’s completed depleted.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent handheld/portable fan that’s reasonably well-constructed and performs fairly well given the circumstance although it doesn’t quite reach the advertised 9 m/s (max out at 7.08 m/s) at the highest level. It has 5 speeds to choose from along with an easy to see LED and a lanyard should you find that useful. It’s reasonably priced at $20 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, usability, and performance.

I’m really impressed with the power on this thing, especially because the blades on it are small and nearly invisible.PROS:- Digital display- pretty high tech looking display with a bright LED screen. Shows operating level as well as battery life. Makes it easy to know when you have to plug in!- Anti-slip knobs- there are 2 rubber/silicone knobs that sit under the base of the fan so that it doesn’t move around from the vibration when sitting on your desk. Seems simple, but it’s a needed detail!- Quiet- overall quiet operation. On the highest speed, it does sound a little like a turbo in a car engine (swooshing sound), but definitely not bothersome.- Battery life- various times for various levels, but there aren’t many uses I can think of that you would need it to last on high for longer than 2-3 hours. Level 2 around my neck was more than enough to keep me comfortable for a few hours while doing backyard pizzas and there was still at least half battery life left.CONS:- Strap sucks. It’s short and it’s the thin nylon ribbon that is uncomfortable around the back of my neck.- Carry case/bag? A small cinch bag would have been nice to include so that charging cable and detachable strap could be easily kept together with the unit when traveling.Overall a great little fan with no exposed blades. Definitely recommend.
