Great Product
This power pack had everything I was looking for! It’s got a huge capacity that will recharge a phone several times. All the cables you need to charge USBC, USBA, iPhone, and the unit itself are integrated and neatly tucked so you always have what you need with the pack. The flashlight has been very handy a few times and doesn’t drain the power much at all. It’s not small, but it can’t be for how much power it packs and it fits nicely in any pack I’ve put it in. I bring it with me everywhere and am constantly lending a charge to people in need, and it’s great for short camping/backpacking trips. The value for the price can’t be beat.

Good product
Like that it has cords already attached, charges your phone fast. The battery will get five different charges on it before you need to recharge it. Very satisfied with the product

Good Quality and charges super fast
I needed this for a camping trip and it proved to be a great tool for camping as it can charge multiple devices at the same time on a single charge.

Disappointed
I purchased this to charge my IPhone and IPad, and with the attached cords, I was hoping I would not have to carry around additional charge cords. Surmise my expectations were too much, as the built-in USB-C cable will not charge my IPad (I have to use the original lengthy IPad cord), and it uses 45% to charge the IPad that still had 25% battery life remaining. This charger is very heavy, and the illuminated percentage on the charger is too dim to see in any kind of light; it is only dimly visible in a dark room.

Stopped working for no reason after less than 4 months
Charger stopped working randomly after 4 months. Won’t take a charge and won’t charge anything. I have battery packs from 5+ years ago that still work. I literally used this battery pack twice and it just stopped working. Not exposed to any extreme high/low temperature or direct sunlight. Past the return window so I’m stuck with an expensive paper weight. If you’re reading this you should get Anker instead. Much more durable and better value for your money.

Powerful little power bank
I’ve charged my Samsung Galaxy phone several times and I think I could charge it a few more times before I need to recharge the power bank! Nice to have the built in cords. I wish there was an option to buy different versions for example…I would get more use out of a built-in USBC and the old micro USB cords but I guess the iphone cord will be nice if I’m with a friend who uses and iphone.

Huge capacity that will recharge a phone or tablet several times, including cables lightning, usb-c. Works perfect and lasts a long time on one charge. Highly recommend.

Not strong but does its job.
First I received the bank fast and was pretty excited to use it..it came with 80 percent charged but I still plugged it in to get 100 percent. It did well my phone was at 10 percent when I plugged it in the the power bank and with in a hour phone was fully charged and the bank was at 75 percent..so I charged it up again from 75 percent and after 2 hours it was still at 86 percent charging. I fell asleep waiting so the next day I decided to do the same to my iPad. First thing I notice that the attached cables doesn’t charge anything bigger than a phone. So I put a cable to the USB a to the USB c on the iPad and it still wouldn’t charge it..so then I got another cable USB c to USB c and connected it to the bank then it worked and charged normal. This bank is definitely not strong enough to charge a laptop..I tried different ways but it doesn’t charged it .it just stays blinking on the charge icon in the laptop. Second thing I didn’t like is the screen you could barely see it .you have to put ur hands over to make some sort of shade to see the percentage. The unit is pretty heavy so I thought it would be alot stronger than it is, but like my dad used to always say you always get what you pay for..it does it job but if ur looking to charge a laptop this is not for you. Unless I got a defective power bank this is definitely not as strong as they claim it to be. I have a way cheap and smaller bank that charges my mac laptop.
