Customers say
Customers like the quality, sound quality and comfort of the headphones. For example, they mention it’s made of good quality materials, it does not hurt their ears and that it’ll work great for listening to music or shorter gaming sessions. That said some complain about the connectivity issues and battery life. Opinions are mixed on performance.

Quality
This headset has a nice weight to it. It is made of good quality materials and sounds real nice. The RGB lights are nice and as for the haptic feed back the best way I can describe it to you is⦠it feels like youâre in a car with a nice pair of subwoofers. You feel the beat to a song, you can hear and feel when you swing a big heavy sword in a game such as elden ring and lords of the fallen. The Bluetooth connection is relatively strong so you donât need to worry about it disconnecting if you walk off from your gaming set up. All in all itâs a great headset and honestly if you want to get this headset do yourself a favor and buy it, I promise you will not regret it.

Sound amazing and looks like brand new!
I was a bit hesitant to buy renewed instead of new but I took the risk to save some money and it was worth it. The set I got looks like brand new and has all the parts and paperwork like new.

READ – IMPORTANT FIRMWARE UPDATE
I received my Razer Kraken V3 Pro (wireless) and first had a lot of issues getting it to connect to Razer Synapse and issues getting it to connect to the PC. Moved past that and finally got the haptics working. Then about a day later the haptics started buzzing when they would move. Like a springy noise. I thought for sure they were broken as I purchased a renewed model. The firmware on my headset was 1.00 and 1.6 was out. I updated the dongle and headset presto everything so far is fixed. No more buzzing no more connection issues.I have a Razer Blackshark V2 Wireless as well and I must say the Kraken V3 has much better bluetooth connection distance wise. The haptics are everything it makes the battlefield jump out at you. It makes music have some punch to it. Definitely worth it, but there are improvements to be made. The haptic vibrators need to be able to be calibrated so sometimes they aren’t un-equal between the 2 ears. it’s also worth noting the battery life given the mechanical moving parts is only about 6 – 8 hours depending on your use of the haptics, but that’s a lot of gaming. One final thing is sometimes the headset’s haptics works while it’s charging other times it wont.Overall I can’t wait for Razer’s next Hypersense headset and for now this one has pushed my Blackshark V2 aside.

Extra bass feature is a little over rated in my opinion
Very nice sounding headset not the best for music but great for gaming

So close to being the best upgrade from the Nari Ultimate
First off, the sound is amazing, such a massive improvement from the Ultimates, comfort wise, didn’t really like the feel at first, but i am used to it now, the haptics however are a bit disappointing, coming from the Ultimates i was expecting bigger and better haptics that really just slapped harder, but, that’s not what this is, on these headphones the haptics are more toned down and not anywhere near as intense, and it does take some getting used too, as at first, it will feel off.The mic is a step backwards, it’s no longer a push in and pull out mic, it’s just a detachable one, for using these headphones out in public that’s great, for using them only at home? Just makes them feel cheap.Everything else is great though, its smaller, has the same comfortable earcups, and more padding up top, nicer LED’s, albeit with no onboard memory, so your LED settings don’t save from the Synapse Software, but other than that they’re pretty good headphones, they just could of been so much better, i really don’t like the tighter fit and haptics too much, and no onboard memory for the LED’s is completely ridiculous for a $200 pair of headphones, luckily i bought these refurbished for around $90, so its not as bad, but i would highly advise NOT buying new unless there is a very steep discount, and if you are expecting better haptics coming from the Ultimates, don’t, these are meant to be a more toned down and less intensive version of the haptics used on the Ultimates.Bottom line, want better more intensive haptics, keep the Ultimates. want better sounding but less intensive haptics, Get the V3 Pro’s, soundwise they do not disappoint and are slowly replacing my normal headphones for music.

Doesn’t Last
Purchases back in Oct 2023, was working great but had some connectivity issues in the beginning. Now won’t even work without it being plugged in. Also the hyper sense just makes the headset “vibrate”. Mic is now cutting in and out, will not purchase again.

Renewed like new
It came pristine, working great with no complaints and was much more affordable that a brand new set (â 。â â¢Ìâ á´â -â )â â§

Immidiatly better in FPS games
Can hear literally all around you. You do need to pay $20 for the software though…

Sounds really great but you got to update Kraken V3 Pro firmware before because haptic will be bad.Came with no pop filter but you can buy some on Amazon.I recommend

Battery life isn’t as good as I thought it would have been for the price though. I can’t get more that a couple hours of watching a movie or playing a game before I need to plug them in. Still, serviceable and meets my needs – namely fitting around my many earrings without irritating the ones still healing.

I wish my Razer Nori Ultimate didnât break or Iâd continue using that one, They make for a good replacement headphone that also has haptic feedback. My headset will randomly turn off with no warning or beeps, the battery still has charge but itâll still randomly shut off while Iâm using it.I also find that I have to push the headset close to my head while wearing to actually feel the rumble of the haptics.Iâm waiting for the next Razer product with Haptic technology eagerly

Es una lastima por que estaba muy contento con ellos. Pero ahora si activas el Haptic feedback se ewcucha un ruido hueco cada vez que hay bajos fuertes.
