Top notch Monitor –
Upgraded to this monitor from a BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P 24 Inch 144Hz Gaming Monitor. Did have to change some settings to allow for 244Hz. Has built in speakers. Been nothing but clean and crisp video. Gaming or watching shows/movies.Cons–The stand is wide and depending on how much desk space you have, it will get in the way with mouse movement.-If you have other Samsung monitors or TV in the same room/area…. their TV controller will also affect this monitor. So if someone else is watching TV on their Samsung Smart TV in the same room as this monitor and they turn the TV off with the controller…. the Monitor is also being turned off.

Pretty awesome
Love the looks of everything and itâs a million times better than my last one! Itâs cool that itâs basically like a small smarttv as well, now I can watch all my shows when Iâm eating at the desk 🙂

As expected
Not much to say about this beyond that it meets expectations. I bought it as a 2K monitor for my son’s gaming computer. Admittedly, the first one that shipped to us made a horrible high pitched noise from the start and something about the monitor went haywire within the first day so we had to send that one back. It was quickly replaced by another unit that has worked flawlessly since for at least six months. I chalk that up to simply the occasional DOA issues that happen with all tech. The extra viewing features and apps that make it act like a TV are almost never used, but I suppose they might come in handy if/when someone wanted them. Everything else about the monitor is solid and looks great.

Great Gaming Monitor at an Affordable Price
Solid Monitor with a high quality image with strong blacks on a VA panel, fantastic 240hz refresh rate, quick response time. Comes with some extra built in UI features and a remote for TV like functions or cloud gaming, which I don’t really need, seeing as I am using this exclusively as a PC monitor. But certainly not a downside. Wasn’t perfect out of the box, but with a little calibration and optimizing, gaming at 240 FPS looks and feels great. Perfect alongside my old 1440p 144hz monitor as a second monitor, and my new PC. Able to hit those 1440p/240FPS marks with my 7950X3D and 7900XTX GPU.Would recommend at it’s current sale price just under $500. If your looking to spend more, consider an OLED option in the $800-1000 range for a screen with comparable specs. Also has Freesync Premium Pro with an effecting range from 60-240FPS for system/titles that are unable to hit that 240hz refresh rate at all times. From my testing this seems most optimal from 120-240 FPS, 60-120 FPS seems a bit less effective. Either way great monitor for the money spent.

Will never buy a Samsung monitor again
Purchased a few months ago for my new PC and at first I was satisfied with the performance based on the price…. But now I am realizing what all the complaints in reviews are about…It operates more like a bad television! I will sometimes boot up the PC and I end up at the smart menu and have to scroll through useless apps to the PC tab. After going to said tab the monitor will not even register at all, I have to smash the keyboard until it wakes up like a bad screensaver. Not only this but if you edit the tabs in the menu it resets each time. So I can’t even make the process simpler if I try.Now in the process of troubleshooting and changing settings I can’t even use it. Sometimes I get lucky, and can just pop into my dashboard. Today I cant get in at all even tho it is the same I left it yesterday.Anyways. I have owned 3 monitors and had no issues. This has been nothing but problem after problem. I should have spent an extra 100$ and gotten an ASUS

Very disappointing for the price.
I bought this monitor as I wanted a curved Gaming Monitor to replace a Gigabyte M32Q. I got the monitor and with great anticipation assembled it and connected it to my Gaming Desktop that has a Nvidia 4070 GPU and Intel I7-14700 CPU. The Gigabyte had a refresh rate of 165 hz and in Cyberpunk 2077 with ac2560x1440 resolution I was getting 120 fps with settings on Ultra. So I turn the Monitor on and the setup wants to connect to my wifi. I thought this weird as I was not going to stream on the monitor, that is done through my PC. So that was a wasted feature I would not use. Next when finally getting connected to my PC The video was terrible so I knew I had to calibrate it. The flesh tones were way off as well as the brightness, contrast and color saturation. Things looked fuzzy so I had to use some sharpness, something I never use. After getting it dialed in I activated the HDR, well that was way off even after doing the Windows HDR calibration. Eventually I got it settled in but going to Google search the white was so bright it obliterated the borders around text and made reading text difficult. I then looked in the display and saw that the refresh was only 120 hz, I was not happy as the monitor claimed a refresh of 240 hz. I found out you had to put the monitor in Game Mode to get the 240 hz refresh. In Game Mode the picture was a mess again and I had to reset everything. Playing Horizon Dawn Forbidden West the picture was nothing to shout about as the Gigabyte had an equivalent or better.I thought I would live with it but then the monitor would error out indicating a display port error. It offered to do trouble shooting but when you selected it, it brought up the two HDMI ports which I was not using. You could not exit it without shutting off the PC. Shutting down the Monitor did nothing as when you turned it back on the error was there. I thought maybe it was a one time only glitch but then a half hour later it had the display port error again.I read online doing a search that this monitor had issues when you used the Display Port. I decided the Monitor had serious defects and so I would return it. I would not want another Samsung Monitor. I had issues in the past with Samsung HD and 4K tvs. I hoped their monitors would be better but they are not.Be very careful buying this monitor as it has issues that a $500 Monitor should not have.Update: This item was ordered from a third party seller which I did not realize. Amazon should put more bold notifications when an item will be third party seller item or is a open box or renewed item. I got this monitor and it did not work so I set up a return as a defective item. The item was received by the seller and I received a refund but less a restocking fee of $86.38. Why a restocking fee for an item that did not work? The cost of the order was around $500 with tax so I find the restocking fee of $86.38 to be rather high. If the person doing the restocking earned $20 per hour that means they were taking over 4 hrs to inspect the item which was complete in the box and should have only taken 15 mins to a half an hour to complete. If this was an item from Ebay the refund would have been complete. I will have to be extra carefull in the future not to buy third party item from Amazon. Tvs, monitors, home theater things I will buy from Costco, Best Buy or Walmart as I can drive, pick up the item and if defective bring it back for the immediate refund. So in closing, let the buyer beware as returns can be rather pricey.

Trae u pixel q solo muestra azul, es molesto porque se ve mucho en pantallas obscuras si no fuera x eso cre q es bueno para el PS5 y trabajar , no se si deba regresarlo

I bought this for my son who loves to game – he said it is the best monitor ever – and he can’t stop grinning – he is soooo happy with it.

I ordered this monitor since it offers many advantages compared to other monitors since it is a hybrid of monitor and smart TV of quite good quality. Unfortunately, when I installed it for the first time, as soon as I turned it on, it had this black stain. I had to return it and after a week and a half I received the refund. I also contacted Samsung and they recommended that I return it. Now I got the same monitor but purchased from Samsung online. I have to say that it is exactly what I wanted although it is a shame that it does not have a constant 240hz. It is actually 120hz. So there are better options for the normal price of this monitor.

I really wanted that product but clearly I got an open box. No protection on the screen and a few dead pixels. Kinda sad

It was on a discount when I bought it and I found out that it has several dead pixels. I was Ok with paying more and have a nondefective monitor. But now my time and energy were wasted. It was a good TV but not a good monitor.
