Excellent Buy!
First phone they sent me did not work. I put in for a return and they sent me another one right away. Phone works as it should and came in fantastic working order. I love doing business with folks that stand behind their products! Thank you!!

Very happy with this phone!
I am very happy with this purchase of the renewed Galaxy S22 (256gb). The phone arrived in very good condition with only minor scratches and blemishes to the screen but these covered up to unnoticeable with a screen protector install. The phone seems to work to manufacturers specifications from everything I have tried so far. My old phone was a 6 year old Galaxy J3 Orbit and was just running out of the 12gb useable internal memory space. I think that Prime Cellutions is an excellent Amazon refurbisher and would recommend the company for your cell phone purchase.

1st Day, Great so far
Samsung Galaxy S22, 256GB unlocked. Listed as “excellent” condition.Phone arrived in a plain cardboard box, with a charger plug & cable.I cannot tell that it’s not a brand-new phone.Phone had a 70% charge in the battery, I immediately hooked it up to the charger and charged it to 100%,next I took it to my local Verizon store to have them transfer everything from my old phone to the Galaxy S22, I’m glad that I didn’t attempt that myself, it took about an hour for 2 different employes to complete. As far as I can tell, the phone is working perfect. I’ll update if that changes

I’m dissapointed
NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! I didn’t realize this immediately because it is not specifically sim-locked, and data and calling worked fine. Fast forward 6 months, I get an email from work telling me I’ll be kicked off the MDM policy (work email on personal phone) unless I update my OS. Evidently it was a Verizon phone, which can only receive software updates if you have Verizon SIM card. I have spent days trying to get support from Samsung, Verizon, AT&T, Amazon, and the Amazon seller only to be told to pound sand >:[It would seem my only option now is to take a risk with leaked / pirated firmware flashing, which I’m worried will trip the Knox security (which is the only reason I bought the phone in the first place, as Knox security was required by my employer). The phone itself is also disappointing. I started with a OnePlus 5t, which I was very happy with. When I was required to get a Samsung, I went to an A52 5g. The fingerprint sensor and face recognition were both so bad that unlocking the phone was a massive chore (something I do dozens of times a day). I suffered through this for a little while before upgrading to the S22. I very much resent the trend of under-display sensors which do not perform as well as their more visible counterparts. The S22 ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is vastly better than the optical one on the A52, but it still is inferior compared to a sensor on the back of the phone like on my older OnePlus. Heck, even my old galaxy S5 had a better fingerprint sensor. The face detection is a little better than the A52, but not as good as the OnePlus 5t. It really struggles in low light, and must be directly in front of your face. Nobody does face detection as well as Apple, but that’s probably due to patent limitations (and I refuse to go back to iphone until they allow sideloading). One notable issue both the A52 and S22 suffer is an inability to detect they are in my pocket. I must deliberately place the phone with the screen facing outwards or else the fingerprint reader will constantly register false attempts against my leg (which will lock you out of using biometrics)Battery life is not impressive. Once again the 5t was better. This may not be entirely fair b/c I do use the always-on display, but on the other hand the processor should be much more efficient for how much newer it is. I mostly believe this is similar to the issue of constantly waking up in my pocket. A proper proximity sensor could have solved this rather than just using the selfie camera, which is again another example of form over function (It also seems like samsung doesn’t even attempt to detect being in you pocket in order to reduce battery / ignore touch screen).

Don’t Expect Great Battery Life Out of a Used S22s
The Galaxy S22 is an amazing phone, but don’t forget that buying a used, 2-year-old phone means that the battery will be well used unless the seller replaces it before sending it to you. People use their phones a lot these days, and they wear the battery down significantly over two years.A battery with 80%+ capacity sounds great—like it’s close enough to new—but these batteries aren’t large to begin with. If you use your phone a lot, it might not last the day unless you recharge it.However, if you get a good deal on a used Galaxy S22 in excellent condition, it might still be worth trying it with the battery it comes with—give it a few weeks to optimize based on your usage—and if it doesn’t last long enough for you, have it replaced for an additional $90-$100 or whatever price you find at a local shop.If the phone looks new, you’d still be getting a good deal compared to buying the latest model; just make sure to check prices and do the math beforehand!

Great phone
I ordered the S22 refurbished to replace my S9. It was packaged well and out of the box, looked in great condition. There was just some plastic peeling on a corner, but with the phone in a case, it’s never visible or an issue.I’ve had the phone a month and half now and it works amazing. It’s a major upgrade from the S9. The battery life is double what my S9 was at. i can easily go over 24 hours without a charge… longer, if I don’t play my games as much as I do. I do not use Bluetooth or location services often, so I have those off 95% of the time, and I also don’t make phone calls, so the battery life is dependent on playing games, using the internet and texting mostly. It was unlocked, as advertised, even though I messaged them prior to please double check, since there were reviews of them not being unlocked. I am on cricket, and it works with no issues. No complaints. If you are looking to buy a used phone that won’t break your wallet, this company is worth the shot.

Shadow on the screen, ok battery life.
When I use landscape mode, there is a rectangular shadow in the low right part of the screen, about an inch by 2 inches. That’s annoying. Also, the battery life is just OK- I keep it in power saver mode all of the time and still generally go through about 25% battery life by lunch with just normal usage.

Viene Bloqueado y solo esta hablando un asistente de voz, el cual desconozco que hubiera en Samsung. No puedo hacer nada en el teléfono, prácticamente la pantalla se bloquea. Dejo evidencia en el video.
