Exactly what was advertised
I ordered this product when it had no reviews and when I saw a review come in before I got it, I got nervous. The review was awful but gladly their experience was not the same as mine! This computer is super cute and I love the case! It has a magnetic opening so it’s easy to get to the components. It came with everything advertised. The extras (mouse, keyboard, headset) was cute that they added it but i did not care for them. I had my own already that I didn’t need them. The Bluetooth speaker isn’t the greatest quality but it is a cute addition! I don’t mind that it isn’t the best sound quality because I use my headset 99% of the time.My only issue was that it came with a usb WiFi. It was shitty. I don’t have the option to be directly connected to WiFi so I got a computer wifi disk for like $30 bucks and it improved tremendously. If you can just hook up to an Ethernet cable, I’d recommend that but obviously that’s always better than wireless.Overall, I’m very happy with this product!

Do not buy!
I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION.Bought this for my kid because he is new at PC gaming but didn’t want to drop a bunch of money building one just in case he didn’t really like it. That was a mistake. It came with a faulty graphics card. They sent a new one and it still did not work. The software would not recognize the drivers even after updates and re-instals. Customer service is crap and they are no help. They take about 4 days to get back to you and will tell you to do all the same things you did before to try to fix it. Spend the extra money to build your own gaming computer. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!

good starting pc (disclaimer)
this pc is a really good pc to start off with i highly recommend. it runs games really smoothly, it’s really fast and quick, it comes with a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and even a sound bar so it’s really good. one thing i would say is it does not come with wifi but you could always buy an adapter. but otherwise this pic is really good especially if your using it through ethernet. 10/10 for me .(update 2024) this pc did not last me, it stopped turning on after a month, it’s a risk.160+ frames in r6100+ frames gta ( gta rp will be harder to run )160-220 gos fortnite creative80-130 fps fortnite battle royale

Great Starter PC
I have no idea what’s good and what’s not for Computers for gaming, but this one runs everything I want it to at a pretty good frame rate and seems to handle everything well. I couldn’t get WiFi to work but directly connecting it to Ethernet works extremely well. Very happy with this purchase and it was very easy and straightforward to set up with no PC knowledge.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here
The old saying, ‘too good to be true,’ hits the nail on the head with this one. Initially, everything appeared golden, and I thought I had made a great purchase. However, after just one week, I began encountering a series of issues, including frequent blue screens and trips to the BIOS. The computer also started behaving as if it were overheating, freezing up at the most inconvenient times. It being a gaming pc you can guess why that is unacceptable.Upon closer investigation, it became clear that there was nothing ‘new’ about STG PCs they are actually refurbished units. Tracking down the company’s main website and location turned into a challenging endeavor, filled with shell companies and a list of businesses they seemingly borrowed their name from. To provide some examples:1. The real STGlobal is an Australian truck company.2.Sky Tech Gaming, a legitimate company, claims that this fake company has been copying their products for years.3.This company’s real name is not STG, but rather AST (Advanced Skyline Technology Ltd.), which claims to have an A+ Better Business Bureau accreditation, but a visit to the BBB website reveals otherwise.4. BONUS ROUND. As an additional example of the company’s shady dealings, it’s worth noting that their CEO is utilizing a service from InCorp Services, Inc to keep their identity hidden. This further underscores the lack of transparency and raises significant concerns about the legitimacy of this company.I paid nearly a grand for this PC so you can probably guess this is rather disheartening. It has been a week since I returned the product, and I still haven’t received a refund. Consider this a cautionary tale. steer clear of this company to save yourselves from a headache.I want to emphasize that my frustration and disappointment run deep in this situation. While a smaller scam might not have motivated me to go to such lengths to uncover the truth, this was my very first gaming PC, purchased with my own hard-earned money, not my parents’. When I delved into the details and unearthed this information, I felt like I had been scammed in a significant way.

Lags
Super fast internet but PC lags playing Roblox.Has Windows 10 and automatic update tried to install Windows 11 yet the CPU is not compatible with Windows 11. It’s a fun looking PC and that is what my daughter does like!

Value for the buck, not high end but good.
A little wary on this purchase, but I wanted a new PC. It came clean, with a expansion pack guarding the innards while in shipping. Plugged in and it was good to go. So far so good on this PC, no complaints.

STGAubron Gaming Desktop PC
Great PC for the price it works great and easy to set-up, but after 2 months it stop working and Amazon keeps giving me the run-around about taking care of the problem of fixing it or return it. This is the worst service I have ever seen form Amazon its really bad.
