Great
Fast computer, very reasonably priced. Easy setup and performs exactly as hoped. Have had no issues so far, able to do everything I want to. Runs quiet and cool and seems to have lots of room for upgrades. Very satisfied.

Well should have keep searching
Unit came out of the box and ran good for a week. Nice lights and operated good. Even did a couple of updates. Then the reboot/Windows Auto Repair came on and it comes on for a few seconds then reboots. Won’t load to reverse updates – just Windows Automatic Repair. Opened case and started checking to make sure something didn’t come unhooked. Tried different power supply, different hard drive, gpu, etc. No change. Only time it doesn’t do it is if you disconnect everything. After trying then realized that I had tried to make it work and it would not fall under the original unit so no return. SO IN THE END I GOT A BAD ONE. Maybe if you read this you and order one I wish you the best of luck in a good one because I believe that’s what you need. Good Luck on getting a good one. BTW – haven’t found any tech support yet.

Great for the price!
I bought this pre-built for a mild gaming / office computer. Great quality, great price, and fast without running too hot. I would recommend buying another wifi adapter because the one that comes with it has a few connections loss issues, but it will get you by most of the time.

Awesome for the price
Exactly what i was expecting easy to set up and get everything connected. Instruction was clear and readable. The Keyboard was descent the RGB could use some variety as you cannot change to sleep, breath, flash or random colors. Mouse is cheap feeling very plastic the RGB doesnt do anything (not using it using old RGB mouse ) the speaker is kinda cool took a min or two to figure that out but one connected to Bluetooth works fine wish volume was a little louder but over all 4 out of 5 stars in my book i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive RGB gaming computer. tech support given 3 stars as i didnt use them so 5 wasnt warranted. Hope this review helps

Sorry Georgio N., also very late review.
So one of the reviewers mentioned that it’s not made in America, so i did some research and the company’s location is in Florida. So to point things out. It’s built in the USA.As for an actual review for this PC. This is my very first gaming PC, it’s a start for once and i couldn’t be happier with it. I do plan to buy another one in the near future when i move and transfer all my files to the new one and give this gaming PC to someone who is a beginner in gaming PC for their first time. Now people expect me to go negative on this and i have to decline that decision. Not everything has to be perfect. The fact it’s a pre-built means you have options to replace or add-on extras on your own like adding more RAM to upgrading the hard drive and GPU which i was told if i wanted to play a lot of games again while streaming i have to upgrade the hard drive and GPU for a higher number which i’m like not focused like that.If there’s not enough space for that, i don’t mind that. Most of the games i play is mainly on Playstation and not 100% on PC.The real reasons i picked a gaming PC is because the flexibility of live streaming on it with my Playstation 4 Pro, i use to stream on my PS4/PS4 Pro with it’s own camera and at that point i was done dealing with the streaming limitations. To me this gaming PC setup is a great start for beginners in the gaming PC community and it definitely helps a lot in those that wanted that experience and can also experience upgrading later on. That’s the whole purpose of gaming PCs really is that even if they are pre-built you can still upgrade the parts that are available.

It’s worth the money if you get a good one. Luck of the draw.
Edit after the edit: ive had it for a few months now and i havent had a single drop in performance. Its war definitely worth itEDIT: its been 2 weeks and i overclocked it and im running warzone at 65 fps. Fortnite at 60 and warthunder at 120 fpsIm more rhan happy and if you get a good one i promise you will too1. I read reviews about the rx580 and the ONLY issue is the wifi really. So I bought a wifi dongle before hand even tho is come wirh one everyone said to get a better one.2. The mouse it looks like they heard the complaints ans made is about 5% better lol alright seriously I bought a razer before hand.3. The keyboard I wanted to try it. Honestly it’s really cool looking but really cheap. The shift key jammed once shorted the keyboard and froze the computer within an hour of opening it. Unplugged the keyboard plugged back in wouldnt. Work. Unplugged it again turned the computer off, turned it back on hasn’t had an issue since 3 days later. It’s a 400 dollar computer. Don’t expect the world from it but if you’re lucky you can get a good money form every option. I recommend getting an Intel i3 10400 tho to put in it, it will just run better. Also I got the 8gb ram one and received the 16gb so buy now if you’re thinking about it. Ohhh and the speaker, it’s a free speaker so yay lol

Old, refurbished. System BIOS dated 2012. Bad graphics card.
Old, refurbished. System BIOS dated 2012. Graphics card glitched out-of-box (digital artifacts) and only recognized/loaded the generic Microsoft VGA video driver at a resolution of 800×600 with no hardware acceleration (AMD software/drivers will not load). Contacted STG for help only to find warranty had already expired (bought as a gift a couple of months before Christmas and then didn’t get system setup until a good month after that — 90 days gone before computer was ever out of the box–). Eventually the system quit booting altogether (motherboard went bad).I just bought another old motherboard with similar specs for $29 and an XFX Radeon RX 580 video card for $60. System booted and ran perfectly until Windows required re-activation due to changing the MB. Could not activate and a Microsoft service tech tells me that the digital activation used requires the original MB’s BIOS “signature ” (too bad, that board is dead…)

Game Performance
It is a decent PC especially if your not looking to play anything thing graphicly crazy it is not the beefiest of PCS but can for sure get the job done I will say it does not run all the games that they list that it can such as Apex Legends which is not a very graphic heavy games it does run Terraria very well I will give it that.
