Update review – Video card issues
Update on product and customer service.Following my initial review the seller customer service contacted me and provided multiple possible trouble shooting fixes, after all unsuccessful attempts at that, they offered to replace the item with a new one and provided return shipping labels for me to return the faulty item. In the meantime, I resolved the issue on my own and am very happy with it now.Original issue “Every time I start the computer, my monitor doesn’t receive signal, so I have to do a hard reboot to get it to work. I have swapped out HDMI cables and checked the connections multiple times on both ends and everything is set up correctly and my monitor has never given issues on any other piece of equipment it’s been connected to. The computer itself looks great and does what I bought it for, however, I do not see it lasting very long needing to be hard reset at every start-up just to be able to use it.”

UPDATE: Really Terrible pc. Donât get it.
I purchased this computer recently and a little over 3 months later it stopped working. It would not turn on. It was gentle used. Only used for gaming and not used often. Too expensive of a purchase to be out the money. If you get it then I suggest to definitely get the protection plan. You will probably need it. Bad experience. Contacted the seller and sent the tower back and the said they are sending me a replacement. I received the replacement and set it up and it doesnât work. So many things wrong with it that I canât even begin to tell you. At this point, I just want my money back.

Fires up nice and quick.
I’ve had it for a while now and it runs like a champ. Fires up super quick, and it doesn’t have any problems handling hi demand game graphics. The lights are nice, but the big fans are what really sold me. 7 fans pushing good air (if you include the cpu and video card fans). I like it and recommend it.

Really good for basic gamers
Itâs really easy to set up for new gamers. I like the latched door for easy access to the parts. Itâs not a screw on type. It runs games like overwatch, phasmo, stardew, terraria, minecraft with shaders, etc. it runs super well and is silent. Love the crystal pattern on the fans too!A word of warning: the remote for the rgb fans can and will turn off your fans if you press the âs downâ button. It stands for speed. I thought my computer was broken and I was just stupid and realized the fans were turned off by me.Also you will need an audio splitter

Great computer for those starting out and/or on a budget
This is my first gaming computer and I have loved it so far, enough that I ended up purchasing one for my husband as well since his hand me down computer could barely even play the simplest of games. Set up was simple, it looks amazing, and I have had no problems with game play, speed, storage, or performance. The sound bar and headphones that come with it are not the best in the world but they were not really my concern. I plan to buy speakers in the near future and have already upgraded my headset. Overall this computer is great for new PC gamers, and for anyone who wants a decent PC but doesn’t want to spend an insane amount of money.

Half of what you need.
All the external accessories included need usb-c connections. There are none on the computer. Yes i see that it comes with windows 10. In the updates section it states this computer is not windows 11 compatible. The Bluetooth module included does not work and the wifi will not stay connected when it even recognizes it. This is just day 1.

Know what you are buying. Gaming computer? Maybe if it is Solitaire.
I bought this for my daughter so she could play Fortnite with her two brothers that I had built computers for 3 years ago. Well after getting it online and downloading all of the updates to get it current I realized that this can’t be updated to Windows 11 because of the i7 processor. Again no fault of the manufacturer, but on my own ignorance I know nothing about Intel processors, but I assumed that if you are selling a gaming computer in 2023 it can handle 2023 games. I downloaded Fortnite and loaded it up excited to get her up and running. Well right off the bat I was glitching out in the lobby just waiting to get into the game. Once I was in the game it was all over, I was averaging 10 frames a second and lag like you wouldn’t believe. This has a 1660TI GPU which both my boys have and have no issues getting 120+ frames so I knew it wasn’t that. I pulled up Task Manager and the i7 was MAXED OUT. So I ended up buying a B550 motherboard, 3200Mhz Ram, Ryzen 5 processor and new power supply, and finally I was getting 120+ frames with no lag. So I am out almost the price I paid for this combo to make it a “Gaming Computer”. There was no bait and switch here just my lack of knowledge on Intel processors and assuming that a 3 year newer PC labeled gaming PC would beat my boys old ones. Life Lesson: You still get what you pay for….
This started smoking the moment it was plugged in and my daughter could not play with her only present. This item is being returned as it is dangerous. –
The product started smoking then luckily the power board was shock resistant as no one got hurt. My poor autistic daughter could not play with her only present on Xmas day and this was very disappointing.
