Does work with Arcade 1 Up cabinets
So, my Pacman joystick on my Arcade 1 Up cabinet began to fail when pushing the joystick forward. I put in a service ticket to Arcade 1 Up. During the time I’m waiting for their response, I saw a YouTube video in which the guy changes the spring with this weight and model as well as the plate to an octagonal plate. After I did this, the joystick works flawlessly!!! Since this comes in a pack of 4, I switched my fairly new Dragon’s Lair spring and that works extremely well too!!! I’m going to switch out the spring on my son’s Mortal Kombat joysticks since I have two springs left. If you have Arcade 1 Up cabinets and feel you want a more solid feeling joystick, I highly recommend these springs.

Need very strong forearms to operate.

Fits sanwa stick
I have been using 4lbs springs for years but over time they get weak and need to be replaced so I’m going to be trying 6lbs springs next

Too Long, Did not fit Joystick
Bought this for the Arcade1up Mortal Kombat Ultimate cabinet. Spring is too long and does not fit.

What you need to improve your fiddly sticks.
Unfortunately I ordered too low tension for my purposes, but that’s not the fault of these springs, they work exactly as advertised.
David Turner –
Doesn’t work on Arcade1up
These springs are way too long for the Arcade1up machines even thought they are marketed as such.
