Good read!
The book itself is good but the amount of typos is bothersome and just makes the book feel rushed. The editor should find a new job.

Expected more
The font and paper quality really makes this a chore to read. Not to mention it seems like random tidbits someone just got off the internet and made a book out of it.I have bought many books like this one and they’re actually fun to read…not this one.

Very Disappointing
I was really looking forward to reading this book, but ultimately it is a big let down. The first half of the book (the “top 100”) is a waste of paper. The “reviews” of the games are non-existent. Some of them are barely 10 words and non give any explanation about the games, such are game play or story for example. And the “photo’s” are tiny, about 1/4″ x 1/8″, you just can’t see them.Second half of the book is slightly better, as they have selected some games and given them more detail, but still not the game “preview” I was hoping for. I feel these are just reprints from their magazine. What this book should have been is a top 100 with a whole page giving you details about the game, genre, game play to expect, details about story and graphics and music….. then a page with some nice big screen shots. Well, that’s what I wanted anyway, because many of the games on their list (75+) I have never played and I wanted some meat on the bone before I went out and bought them.

Good book.
A bit smaller than expected, but other than that great!

Very hard to read!
I bet a big chunk of your audience are 40+ with their vision, at best, starting to decline: Why the author chose the color palette and font size he chose is a total mystery to me. I think I miss around 30 to 35% of the book because of this. Also, the print quality is not the best either.

Poorly written and uninformed
Author gives his personal 100 favorite games which are honestly silly and like justification is given for why these games were picked or how they are influential

Should have been a blog post
The “top 100” appears to just be the author’s personal favorites without much justification as to their influence or accomplishments. You only get detailed information on 13 of the games listed.
