User manual would be helpful/update added
I like this phone. My last phone was os 5 this is 13. I’ve been trying to learn this phone. There are a ton of newer things that I’m just not familiar with, yet. The one familiar thing is Google has a firm grip on literally everything this phone knows about my life. Once upon a time people used to say “in the future the government will probably put a chip in everyone so they can keep track of all of us”. Well I’m here to say “They” were wrong. All that “They” had to do was invent smartphones and we all willingly chipped ourselves!! Anyway as for a user manual. There isn’t one for this x13 yet. Look for yourself. It’s not out yet. Personally I for one would find a user manual very helpful.UPDATE: after using the Armor X13 for a month. I have a couple things. Having come from a phone with a back button. I have had a real hard time getting used to the back option on the x13. U swipe from the the left or right side. Being right handed. I generally hold my phone in my left hand. I’ll scroll down a page using my right. I’d say mostly with my index finger. Well scrolling down and swipping in seem to be very similar to my phone even with the right side sensitivity turned all the way down. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been scrolling down and i activate the back option and end up starting over. I try to train myself to scroll down from nearly the center of the screen. Which really cuts in to your visual. I also find the notification line on the very top of the screen. Very very small. The battery percentage value is so small i need a magnifying glass to see it. The numbers are about 1/32th of an inch tall. 1mm tall. I haven’t found a way to increase the size. The custom button is orange on my phone. It’s the only button on the left side. The right side has the rocker for volume below that the power button. Both black and very similar in size and feel. The rocker is in the location the power button was on my old phone. I have almost stopped turning my ringer off while trying to bring the screen up or down. The finger print sensor is somewhat difficult to get to open my home page. I end up using the pattern allot. Then when I’m not trying it’ll open. I read one review where the person said the night vision camera worked good but wished there was night vision video. Well there is. 1st i want to say the night vision does work very well. Out to about 20 steps. If your depending on the IR lights only. If there’s back ground light it’s much farther. So when u slide to or tap the night vision option. To the right of the shutter button. You’ll see a lil video camera. Tap it and the camera icon will swap spots. Now the video icon is in the shutter button. There’s still no manual to tell me what some icons and functions mean or do. All in all it’s a pretty decent phone. The camera is awesome. Best I’ve ever owned. Still not a fan of all the Google tentacles. There like Skynet in the Terminator. I’m my opinion keeping all our info should be illegal. But what do i know. Good luck

The case is trash.the phone is nice.
It’s a nice phone but the case makes it a liability if it keeps popping out of the case.

Is not an underwater camera as offered
I tried taking just 1 photo underwater, and only 50 centimeters below air level. After some minutes I had many problems with the mobile, I also checked before and every hole was closed. Now the display is blurry and sometimes it doesn’t work…and now I just realized that “This product is not eligible for a return or replacement.”

Nothing armored about it
My screen cracked right away. One cracked turned to two. Then I actually dropped it while standing. It landed on the corner of the armer case, broke the corner, then landed flat on it’s face and basically shattered. Thankfully it is still functional. As there was no was to buy a protection plan I’m on my own. Plus the is manual information. There is an email address it’s lists and states it will respond in 24 hours. However it respond with the email is no long working. A lot of hipe. Liked the size. It is quite heavy the water proofing is nice but if the screen breaks at “the drop of a hat” what’s the point?.

Buy this phone, it’s incredible and such a good deal!!! Better than my Asus Zenfone 10 I paid nearly $1000 for and cracked the shell of when I had a seizure. This phone is nearly indestructible and the battery is massive, I charged it full on Friday night and it wasn’t down to 15% till Tuesday afternoon around 5pm and I use it quite often. The night vision is really kool too.

Great tough phone packed with features and awesome value. The downside of having the incredible, long-lasting battery is the weight. I’m not complaining, just pointing out that Ulefone had to compromise here but I’d go with the battery every time. Thanks Ulefone for a brilliant fully featured phone which I could afford!

This is a pretty decent phone for it’s price. It’s a little thicker and heavier then other phones I’ve had but feels solid and rugged. I have already dropped it a couple times and it still works fine. The underwater and night vision camera are nice features. So is the outdoor toolbox included in the aps. I also like how the phone is mostly coated in rubber instead of hard plastic. The bad is the small amount of storage. 64Gb doesn’t go far. The system files take up a good 20Gb so you are left with about 40Gb really.Performance wise it is pretty quick and stable. I have had no problems with it. It can do some mobile gaming but struggles with the larger more demanding games and aps.All in all it’s a good phone so far. Definitely geared towards the outdoorsman or construction even. And of course as an added bonus it tracks and collects information on you just like cell phones were designed to do! ð

So far I’m loving this phone. Its not the most powerful thing, but I have a laptop and I have a desktop PC so maybe I don’t ask a lot out of my phone. But for my needs its perfect: phone stuff, camera stuff, music stuff and internet access on the go.It has long battery life, ok camera (night vision is good and I find it can actually be useful not just a gimmick), sturdy construction with water proofed connectors, earphone jack and has so far done everything asked of it just fine. Very satisfied, would purchase again.
