1. Why no power after installed ?
Confirm the car voltage is 12V ;Confirm the car igintion on (Switch igintion key to “ACC” )Check the fuse work or not ;Confirm both yellow & red cables have been connected yet;Confirm the unuse cables was sealed with insulating tape Individually .
2. Why the saved stations / the Clock setting / playback status lost every time you star the car ?
A: Please exchange the yellow & Red cables to connect .(the red cable and yellow cable are in opposite positions in some models of cars)
3. Why can not slot-in the Disc or Disc put-in half ？
A: Make sure the screws on the top were removed .
4. Why no sound ?
A: Confirm the sound cables were connected correctly & the unuse cables was sealed with insulating tape Individually .
