【5-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch】 The Ethernet switch adopts the latest high-speed Ethernet switching chip, has super-strong bandwidth processing capability and can realize high-speed data forwarding. The gigabit Ethernet splitter supports 5-port full Gigabit transmission speed, including 4 10/100/1000M POE ports, 1 Gigabit uplink port, and extremely fast data processing capabilities.
【Built-in 68W power supply】 The unmanaged network switch has a built-in 68W power supply, and each PoE port can provide a 30W power supply. The computer network switch Supports ultra-high power to ensure a clear picture and stable signal. It supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standard and is compatible with PDs such as AP, IP Camera, or IP Phones. This gigabit switch is widely used in dormitories, families, small and medium-sized enterprises, etc.
【Safer and reliable】 The appearance of the Ethernet switch adopts small metal case, which can support desktop or wall hanging, and is sturdy and durable. The unmanaged poe switch adopts multi-layer baking varnish low-temperature process, which can adapt to the bad environment of 5℃-50℃, does not rust, and is corrosion-resistant. Fanless design, always working quietly.
【Unmanaged plug and play】 5-port switch supports power detection function, automatic detection of equipment, compatible with non-POE equipment to provide data. Plug and play, just plug in the power cord and connect the Ethernet cable directly to the device without configuration. At the same time, it supports normal mode and isolation mode switching, which can effectively protect the security of the port.

Inexpensive Solution to PoE Camera System
I bought this switch to setup, configure, and install 4 security cameras that not only required to be hardwired but are also Powered over Ethernet (PoE). In addition to the PoE requirement, I also wanted to make sure that whatever switch I bought allowed for 1) expansion to a larger number cameras, 2) ability to connect other hardwire devices (PCs, smart things, etc…) at “standard” (i.e., 1Gbps) speeds, and 3) as inexpensive.I bought this product since it checked all my boxes, had a very good set of reviews (some of which are very detailed and tested the switch thoroughly), and was extremely well priced, especially when considering similarly-featured competitors. I couldn’t be happier with this product: not only did it allow me to install my cameras while providing plenty of potential expansions for the future, but it was extremely easy to “setup”. It’s truly plug-and-play and I only had to plug-in the power, connect my router to the switch, and connect each of my 4 cameras to the switch. Everything worked straight out of the box (all the cameras powered correctly and I can stream/save/view the videos) without having me to do anything extra. I did not test the actual speed I get through the switch, especially since another reviewer did a much better jog that I will ever be able to, but I have not noticed any speed or latency issues.

Works as advertised. Bought it for fiber optic connections
The information regarding this switch is limited so I wanted to take a moment and tell my experience.I bought this 8 port switch as well as another 4 port switch for use with surveillance cameras and wifi access points. The installation uses around 600ft of OS2 single mode fiber optic cable. The reason I choose this switch is because it offered gigabit speeds across both POE ports and uplink ports as well as I can confirm the SFP port is full gigabit. The SFP ports have very good compatibility with every kind of SFP I tested.I can confirm it works with:Single mode 1310nm 1Gbe FS brand HP compatibleMulti mode 850nm 1Gbe Transition Networks and FinisarMulti mode 850nm 1Gbe CiscoSingle mode 1310nm 10Gbe FinisarMultimode 850nm 10Gbe FinisarCopper DAC direct-attach-cable 10Gbe 10GTek brandCopper RJ45 adapter 1Gbe HP compatibleNOTE: 10Gbe SFPs will only operate at 1Gb speeds. If you plan on using this with fiber optic cable, you need to ensure you are using the proper transceivers and patch cables for the installation. Single mode cables (identified as SMF SM or OS1 OS2) are usually yellow and support much longer lengths 2km+. SM typically uses 1310nm transceivers. Multi mode cables (identified as MMF MM or OM1,2,3,4,5) are different colors depending on speed and typically use 850nm transceivers. Orange OM1 is old for 100Mb or Gbe at shorter lengths. OM2 is also orange and rather old for 1Gbe, not backward compatible. OM3-4 are teal and support 10Gbe. OM5 is lime green not very common yet. One important note about fiber is that most uses duplex style connectors (2 fibers) and you must ensure you have outputs connected to inputs or else it will not work. Simplex transceivers are more expensive and use only a single fiber connector.I did not test the POE budget or the “VLAN” feature. The VLAN feature sounds more like port isolation. I might update the review later. I don’t believe that this switch can support VLAN tagging.

Works perfect for the price
Product works perfectly. However, the power cable has an annoying bright green light (when power is applied) and the cable is extremely short.

Good PoE Switch for the price.
I find it comical when retailers use “this device has Ai”. I would like to know what makes this switch different from any other modern PoE switches out there. So to claim Ai intelligence one would think that this switch would have the capability to recognize what’s upstream and downstream of any cables to device and organize the address’s that come from the same manufacturer. For i.e, IP cameras and say a DVR.Most modern PoE switches do the same functions as this switch does with the Ai add on taglineEither way it works great like it should

Good Value for the price
I need more POE ports for my wifi AP and PoE camera, I have different SSID in different vLANs, I want to get another managed switch, I come across this swith under $40 and vLAN aware (it is unmanage but can pass to vLANs from managed switch), I wasn’t have high hope for the vLAN , For the price let give it a try worst case I can use to power my camera in single network, but it surprised me, I uplink to my managed switch with tagged vLANs, my WIFI AP SSID is able to connect to all vLAN in my AP config. this switch has very stead metal case and does not look cheap. under $40 with inflation now a day, it is a better lunch in Manhattan only!

Does not support more than 2 PoE device
I bought this PoE switch based on its specs (30W per port and 68W total power budget), to provide PoE power to 3 Aruba IAP-325 WiFi Access Points that are rated at about 20W each (worst case consumption) and 13.5W (typical consumption). The first two APs booted and came up functional. The third one would not. It would not boot even in a “degraded” mode.To be sure that the AP was not defective, I connected it to a standalone PoE injector and it booted and joined the AP cluster of the other two.Other aspects of the product — the build quality is good and looks durable. Conclusion — The unit is not capable of providing the total power budget.

For the price, the value is really good. I like the power, and the VLAN option. The AI is great. The ability to reboot a port when it detects the device has issues – I think power issues. The switch can reboot the port automatically. So far so good. All is good.

I have been testing random routers for performance vs price vs quality. This router was very inexpensive so we thought we would give it a go.first discovery was it switched power automatically as needed to power a Cisco IP phone. It powered it up perfectly via the port only. I have never seen this phone power up with other POE’s as i though it needed the power supply, but I guess the POE works after all. this was surprising.then, I started loading it up with Cisco phones while continuing to see what else could be powered with the POE. I even tried a thermal which is extremely power demanding when the heaters kick in. Protections on the switch worked perfectly to cutout power when something is wrong…..impressive.Yes, I am abusing the product. but I bought it as a test. For once, I am impressed. its better than I though. now I am considering buying a larger model and testing again. I’ll probably test deeper and even scope the power on the next test unit we purchase. If all tests work out on the next unit, I may deploy the larger unit for all VOIP POE, Camera POE, and endpoints POE with a battery backup on the POE switch.I think this product is actually worth using!I should mention, I never lost my 1000baseT connectivity, and i was still able to test with full bandwidth while using this switch.
