Product Description
Product Overview:
The PoE switch provides power and data from a single point, using Power over Ethernet (PoE) over a single Cat-5 cable. It can be used for any 10/100/1000Mbps link and supply industry-standard IEEE 802.3af power.
The advanced auto-sensing algorithm gives power to 802.3af end devices, In addition, the PoE switch automatically determines PoE requirements, speed, duplex, and cable type using Auto Uplink. Easy to operate and reliable.
The PoE switch is ideal for powering PoE devices such as IP cameras, WLAN access points, IP phones, office access control systems, and other PD devices and offers a line of high-quality products that provide a total solution for ethernet applications in different environments.
4KV Lighting Protection
It designed with lightning protection, it can withstand 4000 volts or more lightning, and prevent circuit failure. Built-in protection circuit. When a short circuit or overload occurs, the port will automatically fuse to protect the safe operation of the switch and other ports.
Metal Case and Fanless Design
The metal body has excellent resistance to falling, and most accidental falls will not affect the functional use of the switch. The fanless design does not generate noise and also has good heat dissipation performance. The normal operating temperature range is – 10 to 55 ℃, which is safety.
VLAN Mode Supported
hen the VLAN button is on, port 1 to port 4 are isolated from each other and communicate with port 5-6(uplink ports) only, which improve the network processing capacity and enhances the security of the LAN.
[6 Ports PoE Swich]: This ethernet switch includes 4 gigabit PoE ports, 2 Gigabit uplink ports, support 1000Mbps POE and uplink connection, excellent data transmission performance. Unmanaged PoE swith plug and play, easy to use.
[AI Detection]:The 6-port PoE switch adopts advanced partial discharge technology. When the PoE device is disconnected or has no response, the PoE port switch will automatically detect the abnormal port connection and restart intelligently to make it work again.
[4KV Lighting Protection]: It designed with lightning protection, it can withstand 4000 volts or more lightning, and prevent circuit failure. Built-in protection circuit. When a short circuit or overload occurs, the port will automatically fuse to protect the safe operation of the switch and other ports.
[VLAN Mode]: When the VLAN button is on, port 1 to port 4 are isolated from each other but communicate with uplink ports only, which improve the network processing capacity and enhances the security of the LAN.
[Wide Applications]: Both PoE and non-POE devices can be connected to this PoE hub, such as PoE camera/wireless ap, switch, router, computer, etc. It runs without noise and can be installed in offices, homes, and commercial locations, it is a good choice for high bandwidth requirements.

PoE switch that supports Gigabit rates
I ordered this switch because it supported 10/100/1000 Mbps connection rates whereas many consumer PoE switch only support 10/100 Mbps. I connected the uplink to a non-PoE 1Gbps switch port and the uplink connected at 1Gbps and then I connected two PoE camera’s that only support 100 Mbps on two PoE ports. The camera’s linked up as they should at 100 Mbps and the uplink continued to work at 1Gbps. As a switch, it should be able to easily aggregate four 100 Mbps PoE links/cameras and not be bandwidth limited by the 1Gbps uplink. This is much better than a 100Mbps uplink with four 100Mbps camera links because the effective bandwidth on the camera links is 25Mbps, assuming all links consume at least 25Mbps.For grins, I also connected a PoE extender which accepts a PoE input and then connects two PoE cameras. The extender and camera are all powered from the input PoE port; I didn’t have any issue with the ienRon PoE switch supplying enough power to the PoE extender and two camera combination.I am happy with this switch as it is perfect for powering PoE cameras.

Noisy and emergency
The switch stopped working after two weeks. The flash memory is probably damaged. Additionally, the device was extremely loud. The fan sounded almost like a home vacuum cleaner. This was my first and probably last purchase on Amazon.com. Not because it’s a bad store. I sent the product back and received a refund. However, I am from Europe and had to return a product to Las Vegas, there is a returns warehouse there and the air freight cost from Europe is $100, for a product costing around $300 this is 1/3 of the product value. Amazon.com refunded me $15 for shipping.

Works well
Works entirely as advertised, and is an incredible value. You can definitely see a little bit of cost cutting on the ports and case, but to me I think this is entirely acceptable as it’s worked with no issues for a while now, and how often do you really even see or touch it? Supplies all the wattage advertised and meets the specified PoE spec. Would definitely order again if I needed more power.

Works as it supposed to & priced really reasonable
I have a 5 port unmanaged switch that supposed to do up to a gigabit but I don’t think it has ever done that much less keeps doing it for all ports. This not only does that but it also has the added poe of which is a really good thing for security cameras ect. I have a whole system setup on poe so I did plug them in just to test this out to see if poe an speeds were as it says. An it connects as good or better than the nvr with the problem being that I have to have it to see & record so I rehooked them back as they are supposed to be. This does work as it says and is intended to an if I wanted to run more cameras on a seperate system or threw my laptops then this would power them. For me though I have a system that has 8 cameras already I can use up to & currently have 5 so I really don’t see me using this for that but it also gives the ability to have more ethernet ports anywhere else you want or need them an that is what I am using this for. So I would recommend this for sure as its also not a bad price as my 5 port unmanaged switch cost me like 10 or 15 bucks been a while but point is its not nearly as good as this for 25 bucks.

Good price for a 4 port gigabit PoE switch.
Based on my initial testing of this switch, it seems to be a pretty decent item. I was able to run a Reolink camera, a Fanvil X6, and a Vtech conference phone (aka SNOM C520) with it and all powered right up, got IP addresses, and seemed to work without issue. As I have run into issues with that model Vtech phone and some similar SNOM phones working with some PoE sources, I was quite pleased that it worked with this switch. Another feature that I like is that this switch has two uplink ports, as that makes it easier to cascade them, which can be convenient (albeit that it does introduce a bit more latency when you do that). About the only criticisms that I have regarding this switch is that the LED’s are located below the ports rather than above them, making them slightly more difficult to see (though as some cheaper switches I have seen don’t even have LED’s, this is pretty trivial). I have not tested the VLAN feature, though I would expect it to work fine as it is simply basic traffic isolation between ports, as opposed to true 802.1Q tagging. All things considered though, this little PoE switch seems to be an excellent deal for the price.

Build Quality is a Concern
This device is good but definitely not built like a net gear or luxul or any highly rated name brand but to their credit as long as it can do what it’s intended to do build quality isn’t a large factor cause it’s not like you’ll be throwing this thing in a bag and traveling with it unless that’s what you’re buying it for and if it is don’t get this one it probably wouldn’t hold up very long i mean it does feature a metal housing and is quite sturdy but I did accidentally drop it and the corner broke off, but for normal use where it sits on a desk all day it’s great just dont drop it and you’ll be just fine. My internet can only put out 200mbps so I can’t tell if the Gigabit is really making a difference.I have this set up to run my 4 cameras that are PoE and the previous set up was an individual PoE Supply for each camera so to clear the clutter I went with this all in one package and for the most part it has been running well you have 2 uplink ports rated at 1000mbps and 4 PoE so setup and connections were super simple I may get another one to power my 4 WAPs throughout my house if this one continues to hold up well.I must say it is convenient to have a PoE all in one package and it indeed works I’m not sure if you can use this as a network switch I’m not a networking geek so I don’t know all there is to know but I imagine you could because PoE is just Power over Ethernet but I don’t want to risk sending voltage down a wire that doesn’t need it and since it states right on the front PoE that’s what I’m using it for.
