Fantastic PC Controller
This controller is easily one of the best I’ve used, and has been my go-to ever since I bought it. The plastic feels great to the touch, the buttons are all satisfying to press, and the joysticks feel great too. I love the two programmable back buttons, I usually have them set to A and B which works for most games, and you can set 3 different profiles on the controller in case a specific game uses different buttons more often. The Ultimate Software is feature rich and detailed, allowing you to remap all the buttons, set joystick deadzones, and even the triggers can have deadzones applied if you want to. I especially like the turbo setting for games that want you to repeatedly tap an input, and it’s super to set on the fly. Just hold the button you want to turbo and press the middle “Star” button and you’re set. The LED ring on the front will even blink repeatedly to let you know that you have Turbo enabled, which is great and something pther controllers don’t do.By far my favorite feature is the included dock, I wish every controller had this included. The dock has a compartment on the bottom for the 2.4ghz adapter and a passthrough design so you can plug the dock into your computer and be connected to your pc whenever you need it. When you’re gonna play, just pick up the controller and it instantly turns on and connects to your pc, and when you’re done just pop it back on the dock and the controller will automatically turn off and start charging. It even has a slim white LED along the bottom of the dock to show you the charging status. Seriously, this one feature alone is a major selling point, I can’t overstate how convenient and easy to use this controller is.

The best pc controller I ever purchased!
Maybe it’s just me I’ve tried using Xbox controllers for PC in the past and always have had just a small degree of difficulty. This controller works perfectly from the start . Set up was easy, controller feels great. Has all the elements I would’ve wanted. Controller vibration is good, functionality is good. I am very impressed. It has Hall effect joysticks and Bluetooth as well as included dongle in a stowaway compartment on the bottom. One disappointment I ordered the purple and it’s a lot darker than what appears in the photo but not a dealbreaker it’s still looks great just would’ve been nice if it was a lighter purple. Overall, I believe I will be ordering another one maybe a different color although the purple is nice. Also the light on the bottom that comes on when it’s charging is awesome.

Best controller for PC
If you are looking for a good controller for Steam, look no further! Hall Effect sticks mean no stick drift, 2.4 ghz connection means very stable and low input latency, and the button config is the default for most PC games (most PC games are Xbox button prompts by default)! The most important for me is that connected to the pc is so easy, you simply take it off the charging dock and it connects automatically, then put it back on the dock to disconnect. My only complaint is that the form factor is a little small, and not quite as comfortable as the Xbox or PS5 controllers. I would give comfortability an 8/10, everything is a 10/10 though.Overall, the best controller I’ve ever used for PC

Maybe the best controller ever
Truly amazing controller. I’ve been gaming since the NES and I am pretty picky about my controllers. This thing is straight up better than the more expensive Xbox controller. It has more buttons, better functionality, better feel and grip. It is just objectively better, period. Never had to fuss around with any drivers or connectivity issues, just plugged it in once and then the wireless worked automatically as soon as I picked it up off the dock. Pure perfection, 8bitdo is the best game controller maker out there.

Purple model Prone to jamming
I love these controllers. This is my 2nd one. I previously bought the pink one and have been using it regularly for a few months. I love the analog sticks are hall effect. No more stuck drift hopefully. I had doubts about the pogo pin charging station but it’s been reliable and convenient.I bought this 2nd one for couch coop gaming. The original pink one has no issues in the same environment and works flawlessly. I returned one of the purple ones as I was having disconnection issues. When I moved the new controller to a different better shielded PC in a metal case I had no issues after a few hours of open world 3rd person gaming. The minis forum mini PC I used this new purple controller causes enough interference on the 2.4ghz band that the receiver cannot work reliably and would have phantom inputs and disconnect after a few minutes of playI don’t know what 8bit do does on the 2.4 frequency but one is reliable and one isn’t. 4 stars for an excellent controller but the reliability will vary PC to PC depending on the RF environment.

You Can’t Go Wrong with 8Bitdo
I’m so happy that they offer Hall Effect joysticks now. I’ve been a fan of 8BitDo for a couple of years and have multiple Switch controllers from them. This is my first PC specific controller and I love the feel and build quality, I also love the charging dock and integrated 2.4 ghz dongle storage compartment.I will say that initially I had some connectivity issues with my PC, for some reason if I have the dongle plugged into the hidden compartment in the dock it doesn’t recognize the gamepad at all. If I plugged the dongle directly into the PC it would work fine, but then I would have to have the dock plugged in separately to charge hogging up two USB ports and defeating the purpose of it have its own integrated USB port for the dongle. I eventually determined that if I plugged the dock into one of the two dedicated Mouse/Keyboard USB ports that are seperate from the other banks of USB ports that it worked perfectly. I suspect that this has something to do with USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 or 1.0 or maybe it thinks its plugged into a hub, I am not sure. I don’t mind having it plugged into the mouse/keyboard port since my keyboard works fine plugged into one of the other ports so problem solved. Just thought I would share in case someone else had a similar issue.Love 8bitdo’s controllers overall, they are my go-to brand of controller.

I use this for pc gaming and it works really good. The buttons are nice and not clicky. The joy cons and very good. The D-pad is very good and you don’t get any false diagonals. The battery also lasts a long time. Very comfortable for the hands also. Worth the money.

Recomendo.
