Windows and Kali VM no problem.
Reviews here are mixed. Here is my experience.Pros:-Drivers are on website, but comes with a CD that has Linux, MAC, and Windows installers.-Speeds are the same as my desktop PCIe NIC, under identical conditions. Streaming 4k video was a breeze, minimal/no buffering; nothing I could discern anyway.-Very small size.-Windows driver worked. Had to disable my laptop’s internal NIC to have Windows default to the adapter, but once I did it worked just fine.-Kali linux on VM works, just make sure you go into the settings and bridge the connection from host.Cons: none yet.Other:Older hardware made Nmap scans slower, but that’s not the fault of the adapter.Overall solid little thing. Will update if anything happens.

As advertised
Product arrived as advertised, beware however that drivers must be input and the software installed before the external card will begin to search for networks. My understanding is that was not necessary however, that was simply not the case. Otherwise seems to be a solid product and works flawlessly.
