Love this stand!!
This stand is perfect! Itâs such a great size for any device to be propped up in it. I havenât tried it with a portable monitor but I assume it would be the same as with my iPad, it does seem as if the stand will expand to that size though! Itâs so durable and super stable! I havenât had any issues with the stand! The base is nice and heavy to prevent your device from tipping the stand over, however I feel as the base could be a little bit heavier, I use this stand for my iPad at work and Iâve noticed when Iâm at events, I do sometimes have to weight it down further to keep it from blowing away. But, overall I love it and I love how it comes with an allen wrench that has its own spot on the base! Great value for your money!! This stand performs so well and it is so easy to put your device in it!

Solid stand for tablet or monitor
Versatile stand. I used it with a 10″ tablet and a 15.4″ portable monitor and it worked perfectly. As long as the screws are sufficiently tightened, it holds well in most positions and the base is wide and heavy enough to be stable. I would buy again.

The Best Monitor Stand ever!
I must have gone through every single review before purchasing this guy and hear me out when I say itâs a steal for $19!!! I got 2 for my portable monitors of 15.6inch screen size and they sit in their stands perfectly. The stand has a good grip on devices and quite heavy enough to stay put. Iâm totally ecstatic about this stand! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for the reviews! You guys made my day!

Functional base, packs poorly
I needed something to hold a tablet for event sign ups and staff logins. This did everything I wanted: held the tablet firmly, and at a consistent position in spite of being used, and didn’t threaten to tip over too easily. My only gripe is that it doesn’t pack up very conveniently. It ends up just being awkward. I’m not sure how that could be fixed, but it is a constant annoyance to pack around. Besides that, it works well, is made of good enough materials, and does the job.

Perfect for my portable monitor
I was looking for a stand to hold my 18″ portable monitor. This seems to work perfectly. The mount opens just wide enough for my monitor. The stand supposes to be able to adjust the arms to different heights and angles. However, the screws at the arm connections are not tight enough. Initially, I couldn’t find the allen wrench to tighten them. Finally, I found the wrench underneath the stand tightly snagged in the foam. I could finally tighten the screws. It’s perfect now.

Flexible and stable
I liked this stand so much that I bought another one right away. Itâs gotten harder to find inexpensive stands that clamp onto your device for true 360 degree motion. This one allows for a very wide range of adjustability while remaining very stable. Itâs exactly what I wanted.

When you need a heavy duty stand for an iPad
The Bimo Tablet Stand Holder is only for people who need a heavy duty stand for iPads and tablets, and maybe slim bezel 15″ portable monitors. The stand comes packed in a small box. I was surprised by how heavy the base and arm extensions are. It arrives in two pieces, so you need to undo the plastic wing nut on rear of the clamp piece, and then pop the back of the clamp piece onto the ball joint that is coming off the stand’s arm. You use the wing nut to then tighten and secure the clamp onto the arm. You can take the clamp off the ball joint for storage, but considering the rear of the clamp piece is all plastic, i would not take it on and off the ball joint many times – that is the weakest link in an otherwise indestructible metal stand.Under the base of the stand is a hex key that is tucked away for storage. You can remove the tiny hex key and use it to tighten up the arm joints of the stand, but my arms were already very tight upon arrival. The base also has a felt-rubber coating to prevent scratches on your desk. The clamp has one two-pronged fork/rest on one side and another two-pronged rest on the other side that can fold down flat. So you can just loosely rest an iPad on the stand using the fork that is always out. Or you can pull the spring loaded forks out on both sides to clamp around your iPad or tablet. Other than iPad Minis, this will only hold a tablet across the back of it’s shortest side. You can have it grab onto a 15″ portable monitor, but you have to hold the clamp all the way open with two hands and try to get your monitor in there – you might need two people to do it.In terms of shortcomings, I incorrectly thought that the the clamp could open as wide as 15″, but that’s not true. It can open enough to barely hold a 15″ monitor on across it’s shortest chord. Also, the fork parts of the clamp are kind of slim, so they are truly designed for tablets. I had thought I could maybe use it to hold a wifi digital picture frame, but the frame is too thick and too big to work with it. So, only consider this for tablets.Still, based off the product description, this stand does what it says it will do – hold iPads and up to 15″ portable monitors. I would only get it if you you have a need to securely hold an iPad for all day use with a clamp. If your intention is to only place your iPad on a stand for a FaceTime call once a week, I would just get a cheap, lightweight plastic stand for that. This stand is for heavy duty, highly durable use where you just leave the tablet in the clamp for long periods of time as a media screen or full time display.
