Pretty great
Used a few packs of these to terminate speaker wire runs in my home theater. Very easy for a nitwit like me to install, no duds, everything sounds great.

Very well made and easy to use!
What a great finish to my Stereo system! The gold plated connectors all were tight and the banana plugs fit tight. The double screws on the banana plugs were a nice hard brass and did not distort while tightening with a screwdriver. 16ga wire fit perfect. Highly recommended!

Nice clean speaker terminal install
I pre-wired my home addition with Canare 4s11 speaker cable, which is a 4 conductor 14AWG cable. I was able to pair-up two reds and two whites and feed through the rear terminals ⦠tighten them down (no bare wires touching) with no issues. And install in a conventional plastic duplex outlet box (modified for speaker cables). The construction is sturdy enough to receive a couple different type banana plugs (sorry, my homemade speaker cables were made up from the only hardware I had laying around) . The coil sleeve type (Viablue) and the expanding pin type both fit snugly and the sound is superb. My only complaint is the Phillips/blade combo screw to the cover plate doesnât match my standard Leviton plates ⦠I know, I know ⦠First World problems. But it bugs me ⦠and yeah, it would have been nice if the white plastic matched the Leviton white. Oh well ⦠Iâll get over it.

Looks good and does the job
I bought 2 of the 4-speaker 1-gang outlets.I wanted to run a speaker amplifier next to my sound receiver instead of using a powered amplifier so this seemed to be my only real option.I was able to connect 10 gauge wire & 14 gauge wire with no issues on the back panel, bought banana plugs for the front for a nicer appearance. If it came with an alternative way of labeling where the speakers were going I would give it 5 stars. I’ll have to pick up some sticker labels of some sort to label the speaker connections.I don’t necessarily recommend using their connections with HDMI outlets as I don’t think it supports HDMI 2.1, unless you have no plans on of using 4k/120 or 8k/60. Ultimately you can just upgrade in the future unless your HDMI cable ran through the wall only supports up to 4k/60 or less.

looks really nice!
well my old wall plate was supposed to be white. but the previous home owners smoke, so it was stained in yellow. setup was easy and somehow i still mixed 2 lines. whished there was a label section in the front. Its one of those things of set it and forget it things.

Perfect for running concealed speaker wiring
Bought these so I could conceal the wiring for surround speakers and they’re perfect! The connectors seem to be very solid and allow quick disconnect of the speakers from the wall. I used standard electrical boxes to mount them which provided plenty of space behind the plate for the wiring. I used 12 gauge speaker wiring to minimize the loss for a long run and these plates worked fine for that size wiring. I recommend these if you are looking to run in-wall speaker wiring.

Easy to install, holds speaker wire securely
Comes in two parts; the inner part is the banana plug component, the outer is the wall plate. You install the inner part first, having wired up the speaker wire. When wiring, you can unscrew the ring to reveal a hold you can slide the wire into (then tighten down the ring) or use it as a banana plug (true on both sides of the part). Once the inner part is installed, just screw in the cover plate and you’re done. Does not come with any instructions, but really doesn’t need any. All of the materials appear of good quality, feels very sturdy.

As durable as any box store product
When digging through the reviews I saw some suggesting that these were not very durable. They are as durable as any other you could find in a big box store. You should note that the six channel product has a custom fit plug cover. It is not a standard opening. In the end mine was for a project that had me chopping it it up and gluing it to modified box for audio equipment. The faceplate is likely polystyrene by the smell. The individual connectors can be unscrewed from the frame and then replace once they’re wires are attached if desired.

Worked well even with 10 gauge. I soldered the beaded wire before clamping them in the back.

Me gustó mucho para organizar los cables de las bocinas de mi home theater. Vale mucho la pena. Además, la calidad de los materiales con los que está hecha la placa se sienten que son de una muy buena.
