It just works just right
I have it for more than a year. It just makes the job done, just out of the box. No any reboots of factory resets during the entire period I have it. The device has 4 ports with Power over Ethernet (PoE). I feed one UBIQUITY Wireless access point with both the signal and PoE, and it also works well with this switch. And one more good thing to say about this device, it is not hot at all. The temperature of the case is a little bit higher than room temperature. I highly recommend this device.

Great little switch
Installed this switch to connect sever wired devices in my home office. It powers a VoIP phone and connects two other laptops. I can stream on my personal devices and conduct Teams calls with Video without interruption. The switch has pre-canned QoS which works well. My audio and video issues have resolved themselves after the install. It runs cool even with powering the VoIP phone and other devices. It mounted clean under the desk with no issues.

died multiple times
This switch died on me over and over again.I don’t care about the money. I don’t want yet another one. Cisco, please just do your job. Too much to ask for?? This isn’t the first time. I get it is a cheap switch. So don’t make it then. I bought it because of YOUR NAME. The truth is this is not just Cisco. I had two others freak out which the slightest amount of pressure was applied just to lift up the units. It’s very simple really… Just make a switch that works. I’ll happily buy it. This is a world of VOIP and email. I am trying to email people and get things done and I am under my desk pulling out the new switch and replacing it with the old switch. Why wasn’t I using the old switch? I didn’t know where the odd-ball power supply was. So I had to find it. Didn’t remember if it was managed or unmanaged or how I set it up. That’s why I avoided it and just bought a new one. It has seriously been less than 2 weeks and it already died. I should have realized. My VOIP phone kept dropping. And then my computers lost the internet. So then I have to bring out a Fluke and test everything because surely the 2-week old CISCO can’t be the problem.I have no patience for this sort of thing. I just want to get my job done. I trust that CISCO knows how to make a switch. Granted, I am sure this is just a small percentage, right? Well.. seems odd that I so happen to find bad switches every other switch I buy. You big companies are slacking and doing lousy work these days. Stop it. Seriously. We need companies that take pride in putting quality out there.

A bit disappointed
Nice switch, says it has 30 watts of POE but it won’t power a 15 watt AP.

Great little unmanaged switch with POE.
Using this for temporary networking setups. The POE function is only on the first 4 ports, so make sure you don’t need 5 or more POE. Other than that, it uses a network adapter. Note that the power switch is in the back, it’s small, but has a big impact if you don’t realize it.I am currently using it for VOIP phones and it works great until I get them ready for the real site. It’s a basic switch, so no VLANs or management, but it works for a nice setup, or a basic network.

Solid switch
Great for daily use on CCTV, with PC’s, printers, scanner and other 10 base T network. I recommend putting it on a UPC battery like Tripplite or APC.
