For those that need PXE boot on dell laptops such as the 7390 2-in-1 this works. I had to restore from backup image over network due to latest windows 10 patch killing the OS. Without this I was not able to boot into PXE image to start the restore. I have a generic usb-c hub with 1gb nic and that did not work for pxe booting. FYI you need to change some setting in bios to get the pxe boot menu to appear in startup.

Works perfectly on Note10+
It works on Note10+, should work on all android devices with USB3.0. Works on IntelNUC as well with pxe boot. However this is broadcom chipset, it is nice gigabit lan but if you plan to use it as additional NIC for firewall may have some issues. Fast delivery from MegaRetailStore.

PXE Boot does not always see this adapter… that’s the whole reason i bought it
This works however on some machines, PXE boot doesnt see it. it’s not the bios, it is the adapter since i can put in a different USB C – Ethernet adapter and PXE sees it immediately. I think it’s too late to return. blah.

Works with MacBook Pro
This exact Dell USB-C->Ethernet adapter was given to me by my IT department, to use with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016) running macOS Sierra (currently 10.12.4).These newer macs have only 4 USB-C ports and onboard the Apple USB 3.1 Bus is a USB 10/100/1000 LAN adapter manufactured by Realtek Semiconductor. After plugging this adapter into one of the USB-C ports, the TX/RX lights blink, and when I insert an active Ethernet cable in the lights glow green/ and orange. In my Network Settings, I see LAN connection is configured for 1000baseT at full-duplex.As this adapter is priced about the same as the Belkin adapter Apple recommends. I would buy from Apple if I were given the choice.I will report back with my experience with this adapter.

Inspiron 16 2 in 1 laptop
Works perfect. I went through 2 other product in an attempt to get the cheaper third party option; this was the only one that worked for me.

Worst service from amazon. I never expect this kind of services from amazon.

Works fine, just didnât like to have to spend more just to have this. Itâs inconvenient if you move the notebook around since USB-C can be easily disconnected.
