Rereview of an amazing product
This is a re-review of this item. I originally gave it 3 stars as my experience was hampered with the shoulder buttons, which made some games unplayable, and at best, very annoying. The issue I had was the bumper buttons would register multiple (sometimes up to 5 or 6 in rapid succession) presses when only pressed once, and although the controller has a turbo feature, this was not on at all, it was a hardware fault. I had sent back the controller for a full refund and bought the G8 Galileo, which is an absolute incredible piece of kit, and something I have another review for!Well, the company reached out and asked what they could do to resolve the issue, and I informed them that I had already returned the controller for a refund, and full disclosure here, they agreed to send me a replacement controller free of charge to retest the controller. I have to say (it’s clearly positive due to the fact that this is now a 5 star review from a 3 star) the issue I had with the previous controller has not once reared it’s ugly head since testing the new controller! This has been a much better and smoother experience than before, and the fact that the company went above and beyond to fix the situation is even better and excellent customer service outside of Amazon returns policy. So an overview of the controller. It’s a brilliant colour that’s based on the Nintendo 2DS lavender edition, and although I wouldn’t personally have chosen the color, I have grown to love it!The shoulder buttons… They work flawlessly. It’s amazing that they’ve managed to get them to work so we’ll on this size scale, and the fact the triggers have hall effect sensors and full analogue, not haretriggers, is a step up from the previous offerings. The face buttons are clicky and comfortable to press, and although the placment of the right stick can get in the way of the A,B,X and Y buttons, the stick is small enough that you won’t be too bothered by this and reaching around isn’t an issue!!Segway to the Sticks. They are so good!! They are a lot smaller than regular sticks, but this hasn’t been an issue to adjust to, as they just feel so Damn good! These are also Hall Effect sensors and so far after 2 weeks of solid use I have not had any type of stick drift, and if they are anything like the G8 Galileo, then stick drift won’t be an issue. The feel… It feels really solid in the hand and comfortable thanks to the quite hefty rubber grips on each side at the back of the controller. I have large hands and although each side may seem cramped, it’s definitely usable for average gaming for me. Mileage may vary based on bigger hands though, and there is going to be a point of diminishing return where hands that are just too big will not be able to use this functionaly, which is why the G8 Galileo exists.Summary. This controller is a very good, solidly built gem, and thanks to the price it’s the best in its price range by far. It beats out many more expensive controllers too, which is crazy for the $46 price tag! Sure you lose some comfort due to the compact size, but that’s what this is; a compact telescopic controller that you can take on the go with you. And it does that very very well.Overall, thanks to the company for their excellent customer service and for sending me a replacement unit for free to fix my initial issue. I’m glad to see it was a unit fault and not a manufacturer fault. Hopefully this review helps you make a purchasing decision and answers some questions you may have. Happy gaming! 5/5UPDATE: It has been almost 3 months since I posted this review and have been using the Gamesit X2s USB C, and I have to say that it still feels as good as the first day I started using it. All the buttons are still excellent, and the sticks have had ZERO drift thanks to the sturdy and genius Hall Effect system. The triggers also have been a joy to use, and have no inaccurate presses of any kind. The whole thing has gone through hundreds of hours of testing and as I say, it is as fresh as day one. It never gets uncomfortable either, and I can use it for hours at a time, even with large hands! So, I wanted to add this to the review, but I needed to have the hands on experience to update. The verdict? It is still a perfect 5/5 from me. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great for the price
Works out of the box and is plug and play. Analog triggers are fine, hall effect sticks feel good, and the clicky dome switch buttons feel nice. The only downside is the ergonomics. It’s definitely better than nothing but It probably wouldn’t be comfortable to use for more than a couple hours at a time, not that I would use it for longer than that anyway.Side note: This will fit most phones (type-c) but you will probably have to take it out of any larger cases. I have a Z fold 5 and it fits out of it’s case.

Great for Z Fold 3 and Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023)
Used with my Z Fold 3 and Legion Y700 tablet. Initially had an issue with the GameSir app on my Y700 but had to download a newer apk for it to work without crashing on startup. Works well with console emulators.

Don’t waste your time or money

Feels great but connecivity
By connectivity i mean that i know cod mobile and other games have native support but and this device supports it, i have played gamepass and works great but the main reason i bought it for does not. I cant figure out how to turn HID native mode for Cod Mobile and only lets me map on screen and to add to the fact my guns just go off by moving the camera around with no enemies in sight. Its annoying and no info on the world wide web i have scoured the internet and youtube to no answers and they havent responded to my email for support.

Great item
Well, since Delta became available on IOS it made sense to buy this controller for retro gaming. Once you map out the controllers itâs an amazing accessory to have

Great Design, Didn’t Work on Arrival
I purchased this to use as a controller for Zenless Zone Zero, but it sadly didn’t work out of the box.I’m giving this a two instead of a one because I do like the design and it felt good in my hands when I was trying to get it to work with my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S23). Customer service was also nice and helpful when I was trying to troubleshoot. It’s a shame, as I was really looking forward to using it, but it didn’t even turn on when I connected it to my phone.

Janky software, but otherwise a pretty good mobile controller.
It took a bit of fiddling to get my phone into the clampy-grip, but once it was in, it felt snug and secure. The rubber padding on the right is slightly sloped to make sure it won’t swing out.The software is pretty weird. However, most mobile games support using a controller already, so you don’t need to install it. If you want to play a game that doesn’t support a controller, you can set up a software scheme (where you place circles onto certain areas on your screen, then assign them to a controller button.) Out of the box, without software, it works with pretty much every other controller-supported game and all the emulators I’ve attempted so far.The charge port is power-only, meaning you can’t connect a dongle to it for headphones. If you want to use wired headphones, you’ll need to get a different controller. However, if you get a USB C extension, you can plug the port the phone slides onto into a computer or what-have-you.So far, haven’t had any issues, and it feels solid enough. Won’t fit with a phone case, but screen protectors will likely be fine.

Pleasantly surprised by the ease and functionality of this controller for my iPhone 15.This feels good in my hands, fairly light weight and does not appear to impact the battery when in use. Overall, I would recommend this controller for casual use without issue. Good value for the money. My ONLY complaint would be that the buttons make a fairly loud noise when pressed, which doesn’t cause me any grief late at night, but does disturb my significant other.Highly Recommend, giving 4 out of 5.

This is one lf the best controllers out there, infact i would say this controller is better than the Razer Kishi v1 or the Ninjadog Astra (Bsp-D3)This controller has hall effect joystick triggers which are better than potentiometer sticks as it doesnt get stick drift. (If you didnt understand what i just said, cheap controllers use potentiometer joysticks but it has a tendency to fail & cause something known as stick drift – controller detects joystick as moving even if you arent moving it, even the ps4 controller has potentiometer stick & if you search online, there are lots of customers complaining of stick drift.)Even the gamesir X2 uses potentiometer joysticks, where as this one uses the better Hall effect joysticks which last longer & less prone to fail. Also this controller is direct connection via USB-C. No bluetooth or inbuilt battery, but it serves my purpose of playing emulation via retroarch. If you’re planning to buy, i would suggest buy this controller over the normal Gamesir X2. You wont regret it.

I bought it to play games with NES emulator on Android, and it works for this purpose perfectly. Before this gamepad I used a wired USB-A gamepad with a dongle converter, but it’s not very usable as a “to go” device: you should have a gamepad (with the wire), a dongle to connect USB-A to USB-C, and a stand to hold your phone still while you’re playingPros:- fits for wide range of phones with usb-c. I tested it with Samsung S22 ultra, S24 Ultra, but I’m sure and model will fit- quality of materials and build in general, plastic doesn’t creak, all buttons are tactile with nice feedback, both sides have some rubber where its needed (inner sides – to protect and hold the phone, back side – to help the player’ hands)- USB-C connector is very well designed: it’s not just there to be broken after the first careless removal of the device. Instead, it moves a bit (see the video) to help user to install and remove the device.- no need for batteries, forget about charging (+ quicker response comparing to wireless/Bluetooth, + less e-waste because it has no power charger controller chip, +less e-waste because it has no battery)- you can use your phone as a gaming console without having a real console, it is just cool as an idea. (And also finally less e-waste)Cons:- not always working with the phone case. The USB-C connector on the gamepad prefers to be connected directly to the phone, it is not long enough to properly reach the phone when it has at least 1 mm of the case (I use a standard transparent case from Samsung, it adds ~1 mm to each side). I’m not saying that it’s not working at all, it works when I push it, but it’s better to install the phone without a case.
