Our 8-Year-Old Figured it Right Out & We All Had Fun
I have uploaded to this review a front and back view of YKSLEMON’s camera with its attached lanyard, and the first photos that were taken with the camera. The 8-year-old of our family had left the instruction booklet and USB cable in his desk drawer, so those items are not pictured, but are included with this camera. The mini SD card was already installed into the camera along with 1 roll of thermal paper. Without reading any directions at all, our 8-year-old was easily able to figure out how to use the camera, and immediately began to point and shoot, and even took a selfie. He printed the pictures out as if he’d had the camera for months. In total, 3 rolls of thermal paper, a lanyard, mini SD card and Type C USB cable are all included with the actual camera. The Amazon listing mentioned colored pencils as part of the package, but there were none. A couple of games can be played and videos can be achieved with a resolution of 1080 pixels. There are plenty of specifications that I won’t repeat, since they are already well-described on this Amazon listing. The actual printed photos on the thermal paper mimic pencil sketches. No worries, you are able to order more thermal paper for this camera on Amazon. This instant print camera has now traveled on 2 vacations already. It has been enjoyable to see how easily a child can operate this camera without any help at all. We have the instructions, but mostly just store them in the drawer. This is a great beginner camera, especially for your child. It’s well-made, easy to operate and LOADS OF FUN for all!

A huge hit
I got this for my grandchild and it was a huge hit. I thought it would be confusing to use, but it’s easy to set up. Nothing to download, all you need to do is load the paper roll, choose the camera mode on the menu, point, and shoot. The photo comes out of the camera and you tear to remove it.There are other modes that we didn’t quite use but they are there, including a video mode and MP3 player of some kind. The photos are saved to memory as you print and I imagine can be downloaded at some point.I don’t know if that feature will be used, but my almost 4 grand just had the best time taking photos. I think it would be fun to get a note book or scrap book to past the photos in. You do get a lot of photos per roll to as they’re quite small. But so much fun to use, definitely recommend.

Fun and Functional for Young Photographers
The Kids Camera, Instant Print Camera for Kids, is a delightful introduction to photography for young children, offering both digital and instant print capabilities in one compact device. The camera’s 1080P HD digital resolution provides clear and vibrant photos, suitable for capturing memorable moments indoors and outdoors. The instant print feature adds a fun and interactive element, allowing children to see their photos develop instantly. The design is kid-friendly, with easy-to-use buttons and controls that are intuitive for young photographers to navigate. The camera’s size and weight are manageable for small hands, making it comfortable to hold and use.One minor drawback is the print quality, which, while satisfactory, may not match professional photo standards. However, it’s more than adequate for children’s enjoyment and creative expression. The build quality is decent, offering durability that withstands typical drops and bumps during play. The battery life is sufficient for extended use, providing several sessions of photography and printing before needing a recharge.

So much fun!!
This camera takes me back to the Polaroid days! Simply snap and print! Works great and I’m actually surprised at how good the picture quality is! It’s easy to load with paper and start taking pictures! It offers a rechargeable battery, so that’s a huge plus as well! This would make a fantastic gift for a child or even the fun, artistic adult in your life!

A variety of features on this camera but difficult to use
I got this digital camera for our granddaughter thinking she could use it to document her birthday party. I charged and tested it before giving it to her to ensure it worked and to figure out how it works. Well, I was impressed with all that this camera is capable of: not just taking, storing and printing photos, but playing music (no songs included), recording video, and playing games. Music and games can be added to the included 32GB microSD card. But what it CAN do is not really what it DOES do. The menu for accessing the feature is complicated even for me, let alone for a four-year-old. Fortunately, after some instruction a seven-year-old friend of hers at the party became the official photographer. Some of the difficulty starts with the instruction manual. Because of the print feature three rolls of printing paper are included. It is easy enough to insert a roll into the camera, but there is no instruction on how to line up the paper with the roller so that the printed photo can emerge from the camera. For me, this was a matter of trial and error. It is also not intuitive to view the photos after they are taken and saved. Figuring out how to delete unwanted ones was also difficult and the pop-up menu is confusing with only three options: delete, ok and cancel. After making a choice there is no on-screen confirmation.I will say that the viewing screen is clear and that the resolution of the photos is quite good for such an inexpensive camera. However, the quality of the print on the thermal paper is awful: not crisp at all and only in black and white. There are a variety of frames that enable one to customize the photos and these frames will print. There is a feature that enables coloring the saved photos with digital colored pencils. The colored photos can be printed from the SD card on a color-capable printer but not from the camera itself.I did not find information on how and where to purchase additional thermal paper rolls for printing. But I suppose they can be found on Amazon. Despite resembling the Fujifilm Instax camera the paper is not compatible. All in all, this is an amusing toy for kids but is unlikely to engage them in the long run. I would recommend purchasing a better kid-friendly camera, or even an inexpensive smartphone. There are also several models of hand-held printers that print 2×3 photos in color and with much better quality.

Bought as a gift for a 8 year old, which was well received. Very impressed with the quality of printed images and ease of use. A great success all round.

Really impressed with. Picture quality is surprisingly good, and thr quality of the photos is great considering its just in thermal paper. Great valuenfor money, and easy to use (I got it for a 6 year old) would definitely recommend as a gift in future.

Purchased this for my Grandson who has Special Needs, he loves going round and taking lots of pictures. I also gave him a scrap book to puy the pictures in and he looks through them to remember what he’s been doing.

Brought for my daughter and she loves it, she has already taken some really remarkable pictures and has started a scrapbook of them.
