Customers say
Customers like the build quality and cooling effect of the electronic device cooling pad. They mention it has a solid case with a great fan, and the pad itself is sturdy and doesn’t slide around. Some say it helps cool down their laptop during gaming and keeps the temps under control far better than the internal fans can.

Effective Cooling Solution for Laptops with Bottom Vents
Before I get into my review, I want to mention that if your laptop doesn’t have bottom vents, you might want to save your money and skip the Llano V10 Pro. The instructions suggest not using the foam in that case, but honestly, you wonât get much benefit without bottom vents. This fan won’t magically cool through a sealed case. But if your laptop has bottom vents, read on…This cooling pad works. I was skeptical at first, but my laptop temperatures dropped by 10-20°C depending on the activity. And this is at less than half fan speed. The biggest reductions happen during high-heat activities like gaming, but even general use shows improvement. In terms of cooling, I give this an A++. It really does the job. My Llano V10 Pro used to get hot enough to make the keyboard uncomfortable to touch, but with this pad, that issue is gone. I’ve tried other cooling pads that either did nothing or made things worse. As for noise, if you crank it to full speed, it’s loud. There’s no sugarcoating it. However, I usually run it at about one-third speed, where you can hear it, but it’s not obnoxious. It’s more of a “whatâs that faint sound?” level. If you need to run this at 100%, you likely need more than just a cooling pad. Even at full speed, though, using headphones can help. The only downside is an annoying whine at lower RPMs, and since it’s controlled with a physical dial, finding the right setting can be a bit tricky. When it comes to lighting, I’m indifferent. I donât care much for it. I did struggle to turn off the disco light show at first (no instructions provided), but eventually, I managed to find a single color I liked.Stability and build quality are impressive. My laptop is heavy, yet it doesn’t budge on this pad. The pad itself is sturdy and doesnât slide around, and the laptop stays put as well. Before buying, I saw a review saying itâs just a fan in a case with foam, and while that’s true, it’s a solid case with a great fan. The foam helps direct the airflow to the laptop instead of the desk. The USB hub is something I didn’t bother with, so if thatâs important to you, check other reviews.Ergonomically, itâs a bit unusual but not bad. The sturdy braces at the bottom keep your laptop in place but stick up even at the lowest setting, which can be slightly annoying depending on where you rest your hands. The pad allows for raising the back to different heights, though some of the increments seem impractical. Fortunately, the main height options are comfortable. My main complaint is the complete lack of documentation. Thereâs none. They do indicate which foam to use (which is important), but figuring out the lights is a guessing game. Good luck! One thing to watch out for: check where your laptop vents are. Mine are toward the center/back, so I had to adjust the braces to position the laptop correctly over the fan. There are three brace positions, so it should accommodate most layouts, but make sure to position the vents properly. If your laptop has temperature issues, I highly recommend the Llano V10 Pro. It works.

Cooler that works, but beware on bigger laptops
Good build quality and fan blows a lot of air, but its not a great fit for bigger laptops 16″+. Overall its good and did made the chasis cooler while under load but temps did not dropped by much due to the foam blocking the fan intakes. Will be returning in favor of the bigger v12. By all means is a great product but do see the pictures above with the foam length and double check it works for your laptop before buying.

Dropped my G14 4090 CPU temps from 95C to 80C while gaming
This was around $100 when I bought it but this thing does exactly what it says it will. I have mine set to 1500RPM and it dropped the temps down from 95C to 80C. I had a Corsair laptop stand and it didn’t really move that much air or open things up like I thought it would but this thing is amazing. The USB hub in back is perfect as well as I have my keyboard and mouse hooked up back there so that frees up some ports for me as well. The only concern I have is the long term use of the foam as it feels like it might not last very long but I am sure it can be replaced easily. You have to try this thing out and don’t think you have to go to the max RPM to get good performance. One last thing is you can turn off the RGB by holding the “Mode Switch” button.

Powerhouse cooling pad
Bought this to replace my old Klim pad since it didn’t cool enough. This one has around 7x the max RPM and has controls in front instead of the back.It really helps cool down my laptop during gaming, and it’s convenient to use.The only little thing that could be better is to have larger increments for setting the RPM.

Best cooler for the price
I have bought a gaming laptop and notice that it would tend to get hot when running demanding games. So I bought several coolers and they didn’t really work. This one does I’ve notice my temps lower from 5 to 10 degrees and the foam that comes with it is amazing. The quality of the cooler is really good. Light weight. If you are looking for a cooler for a decent price. This is the product to get.

Strong fan, nice build quality. Defective color switch button.
It’s bulky but it feels solid and the fan is strong. The RGB light looks nice.Only downside is the Color Switch button doesn’t work for me, stuck on the first red color when in single color mode.

The buttons are a bit noisy and feel a bit cheap for the price but it works really well and does what it says does. I never even had to set higher than

I used this with an Asus Zephyrus G14 (2023).I was a little sceptical how well it could work but I bought this after seeing a YouTuber I trust review it after seeing my laptop reach 90 degrees playing Elden Ring I figured I should at least give it a go.Running the cooler at 1200-1400rpm manages to keep my temps in the mid 60âs, yes itâs a little loud but I think itâs worth it. It can go way higher rpm but I havenât needed to crank it that high.

Just got the Illano V10 Cooling Pad and it has exceeded my expectations. The cooling effect is noticeable, keeping my laptop at a comfortable temperature during extended use. The design is sleek and modern, with adjustable height settings that make working more comfortable. Itâs also pretty quiet, which is a bonus when working in a shared space. The only downside is that the LED lights are a bit too bright for my taste, especially in a dimly lit room. Overall, itâs a solid cooling pad that does the job well.

Iâll lead with the most important information I have about this cooler unit: yes, you are going to see an insane improvement of your thermals with a gaming laptop. I normally run in the ballpark of 90-95c playing 3D games on my 2021 Zephyrus G14, this is supposedly within spec for the tolerance of the unit, but frankly ridiculous. I could boil water on my gaming machine! Seeking to reduce my temps and hopefully extend the life of my computer, I obtained this pad and began to run some basic tests with the metering software that Asus provides. At a setting of 2500 rpm I saw my usual 90c go down to 80. Cranking the fan up to maximum, 3500rpm saw my temps reduced to an almost frigid 72 degrees at sustained load. While not gaming I have watched my CPU temps drop to the low 20s.I doubt that running a fan like this into my computer at full blast while the internal fans arenât pushing much is a good idea in the long run, but it has made my gaming sessions a bit more comfortable and I think my games performance has improved from a lack of throttling. As other reviewers have said, the foam gasket style of cushion your computer sits on is probably not a super durable way to make this solution work, and I do wonder how it will withstand long-term use. For the time being I havenât noticed any specific degradation. The style of the unit itself may be hit or miss depending on your environment. I have a very colourful setup so I donât mind the rainbow LED effects, and I do make use of the settings that allow me to adjust them. The pad has a very capital-G-Gamer style to it which feels a bit immature but again this is highly subjective and in no way relates to the performance gain, which is really what Iâm here for.Pretty cool after-market temp control fix, and I appreciate the visible cooling my computer is reporting.
