Easy to use, GREAT quality print, great customer service!
I bought the Munbyn Thermal Printer because the toner in my laser printer was expensive and unreliable. I use it to print shipping labels from eBay and from Poshmark. The Munbyn printer worked right out of the box. I was able to print from my MacBook no problem. I had some issues printing from my iPhone and iPad, but there was a recently released firmware upgrade around the time I ordered it. I received an email from Munbyn tech support letting me know to install it.At first my labels were printing off center. This was my fault as I didn’t squeeze the label guides together to hold the labels in the right alignment. Tech support was quick to help with this solution as well.My mailing labels are now the perfect size with less paper waste, and the printout of the Munbyn is perfect. And it prints great from all my Apple devices. I have not used it for anything besides mailing labels. I have only used Munbyn branded labels so far.

the best printer by far compared to leading brands
This is by far the best thermal label printer that i have purchased. since this is for my business, i wanted to invest in a great quality printer and at first i purchased top brands spending a fortune thinking it is the best. that wasn’t the case. when other “top brands” were connected to wifi they were lagging and when i contacted their customer service they said because its over wifi… but isn’t that the whole point why we spend extra money on it? it should work faster… another issue was other “top brands” were only compatible with their own brand of shipping labels. etc, i have tried more that 6 brands not kidding., then one day i was having issues with my new “top brand” printer it wasnt printing right wasnt compatible with any other brand labels but their own.. i decided to try and again to research and look for a new printer. i came across one clip on youtube that said munbyn is the leading competitor of a top brand thermal label printer etc. and how its very efficient and the customer service is unreal. i decided to order it and give it a try. wow! the wifi connected right away, i was able to print with no lagging.- that on its own was amazing, because the top brands were lagging and took around 30 seconds before it printed, that takes time from a busy business that needs to move fast. i did have an issue connecting through usb, reason being i needed that to work, i can choose the page size and custom size the page if its not already there for example if i want to print a 2″ circle. i contacted the customer service line and when they say 24hr help, they mean it! the tech, walked me through the steps it did take a couple of days because i was having issues connecting, but they didnt give up they kept on going from one trouble shoot after the next, and me sending them video clips of whats going on, and they were able to solve the problem. i can see this machine will stay for a long time. everything about it is great, and is compatible with all labels as far as what i have on hand. its a great buy. overall – happy with my purchase.

Easy to use!
I did a lot of research on thermal printers before purchasing the 941AB, and I’m glad I did.Initially the set up was a little confusing, but in less than 15 minutes the printer was up and running. My first prints were even aligned perfectly! If you’re able to, I’d recommend purchasing the Wi-Fi version over the Bluetooth. No need to install drivers – with the WiFi version you only need to make sure your printer and device are connected to the same WiFi.Also, if you’re creating images to upload onto their app, I’ve found saving them as PDF’s, printed in much better quality.TIP FOR ETSY SELLERS: Update your ship settings (on Etsy’s website) to print labels in 6×4! There are a few YouTube vids on how to do this.Overall, I recommend this printer. Thankfully I haven’t had any issues so far, like other negative reviews.

Best purchase
Now that it’s hooked up I love it. I’m not a tech kinda person…so I called one and he installed it. Works so good for my ETSY store.

Love it!
I just got it today (a day early!) and WOW! It prints SO FAST! What an upgrade from printing shipping labels on my old hp printer! I’ll update my review if I have any trouble with it down the road!Set Up was only confusing because once you download the driver there’s no program that you open with it, and my pc doesn’t notify me when I connect the MUNBYN, the only way I could see that it was connected was to actually go to “printers”. Then to actually print I can’t seem to just right click a saved pdf label and say print, which was annoying since I had already saved one of my labels, but when I went to print the rest of the labels directly from Etsy I was able to skip downloading them all together and print directly from the webpage after hitting Print, and selecting the MUNBYN. Then it kept the MUNBYN as the default printer for the rest of the labels. I still seem to have to adjust something though, it cut off the first letter of my name and other info on the return address. This did come with a small stack of labels (maybe 20 of them), which I wish I would have known, but a good surprise. I put the labels on some 2″ kraft shipping tubes and the top and bottom corners didn’t seem like they wanted to stay stuck on, so I did end up using a little piece of tape to secure them. But the label I used on a flat box seemed pretty well set. I assume the labels they send are their own brand. I have a box of rollo brand ones I’ll be using after I run out though. One thing I found as being strange is that the labels still can smudge, I didn’t expect this, but when pressing one down I smudged the print with my hand.I think it is absolutely adorable, which is such a rare thing to say about anything I buy for my work, and I love how small it is, it fits so nicely on my IKEA kallax shelf.
