Best Grip for PS Vita Slim
You guys. I will not lie and say that this is the best cheap grip for your PS Vita Slim. One of the reasons I stopped playing my PS Vita was because how uncomfortable it was to hold at time. This grip eliminates that feeling for me. It is a controller like grip that will make your experience better if you have the same problem. I’ve seen people in other reviews for this product saying how cheap it felt and honestly, its not a grip with any cushion but still feels comfortable. Im telling you, get this grip!Update: I’ve had the grip for quite a while now and I can say that my feelings are the same for this grip . But one day i was being rough with the lock that holds your vita in place and snapped off some of the housing . The grip still works and holds my vita but just be careful opening and closing the latch that holds you vita .

A very strange curve prevents this from being comfortable
I bought this alongside 2 other PSP Vita grips as I was indecisive, and I’m very glad I did. The overall premise is solid, the device stays secure in the grip without issue, and the size of it seems great to bring it closer to a standard controller. The issue here is that, no matter what you may think looking at the images, the grip curves INWARD towards you, rather than outward like standard controllers. It’s essentially akin to holding a Dualshock or Xbox controller backwards, which makes it… much much less than comfortable. Personally, I would recommend checking out some of the 3D grip prints from Etsy, as out of the three I purchased, that’s what I ultimately found the most comfortable.

The best Vita grip in my opinion
I ordered both this grip and the PDP grip for the Vita, and this is easily the better of the two. My hands aren’t very big, but I enjoy having a lot of room to adjust my grip on my controllers and mobile consoles with, and this accomplishes that perfectly. Other than that, it just does everything right – not too bulky (it and the vita itself won’t fit in your Vita cases or your pocket, but that’s not a problem for me since I usually carry a backpack around, just take the grip off and throw both in for when I need them), doesn’t do anything funky like the PDP’s weird trigger grips for the L/R buttons (that just make it harder to get a confirmed press on them), visually as appealing as an all-black grip on a Vita can be. For its price, you really can’t beat it.

Comfortable in hands, a tiny bit loose
I really like this grip. Because of my big hands, I usually got a cramp from playing fps titles and such from using the joysticks, but the grip makes the thumb placements perfect! However, it is a tiny bit loose on one side, but the bottom part prevents the console from actually falling out. Other than that, I would recommend this mainly for the price and comfort. If i could, I would give this a 4.5 out of 5

Can’t complain for the price…
This grip gets the job done when it comes to making the Vita feel more comfortable in the hands. If that is your only reason for wanting a grip, then this one is for you. However, the grip itself feels extremely hollow and cheap. The build quality is also very poor. The Vita doesn’t sit quite flush when seated into the grip. I had to use some 2mm foam padding to make the Vita fit snuggly to eliminate any movements while cradled inside the grip. Once I made that minor modification, it actually wasn’t so bad. The locking mechanism is also a concern because it feels like that would be the first thing to wear out if you are constantly removing the grip from the Vita. Thankfully, the grip lock has a hole that exposes the USB port for easy access so you don’t have to remove the Vita from the grip. (But if you have physical games, then you will have to remove the grip.)

As someone else said..Gets the job done
It fits kind of loose but secure. You push down on one side of the system and the outer side lifts up a bit like a teeter totter is the best example but not THAT bad. For the price and considering how hard it is to find a Vita 2000 grip, I would recommend it. If you have 30-40 bucks to blow on a Vita grip do yourself a favor and get something more solid. Also it does have a kickstand on the back, very nice touch glad to see that.
