Power Over Ethernet: The 10-Port PoE switch provides a reliable PoE solution featuring 8 PoE ports (10/100Mbps) and 2 Gigabit Ethernet uplink ports (10/100/1000Mbps). Compliant with IEEE802.3af/at standard, it can deliver up to 30W for each PoE port and has a total power budget of 120W for at most 8 PoE devices.
Intelligent Power Management: This PoE switch features the power management mechanism, so when the total allocated power exceeds the power budget (120W), the lower priority PoE port will be powered off one by one until the total power is below the threshold that the PoE switch is capable of supplying, which ensures the high priority PoE port’s power supply and protects the device from power overload.
Auto Detection of Adaptive Devices: The PoE switch will automatically detect whether the device connected to its ports is a PoE device and whether it needs to be powered. To avoid damage, it will not supply power to non-PoE devices.
Plug and Play, Easy Set up: Reolink RLA-PS1 PoE switch works perfectly with your PoE cameras with only one Ethernet cable required. Easy to set up even for beginners. You can mount the PoE switch on the wall or desktop, perfect solution for a variety of environments.
Designed to meet your different needs: The PoE switch can be directly connected to your NVR for higher reliability and security, or it can be connected to the same LAN as your NVR to support more features of your cameras. If you don’t have an NVR, you can also connect your PoE camera and router directly through the PoE switch.
Customers say
Customers like the ease of installation and performance of the network switch. For example, they mention it’s simple to install, works well, and provides great throughput to the NVR. That said, some complain about the noise level and the power consumption.

Time Saver!
I recently bought a 16 port Reolink NVR system and some of the camera runs that I need to do was going to be 200+ feet for 5 of my cameras. Instead of pulling 5 cables a long distance through a building that is nearly 100 years old wasn’t going to be a pleasant endeavor… So I was thinking that a PoE switch at a midway point would save a lot of time and cable if it would work. I couldn’t see any reason why it wouldn’t other than perhaps the NVR not able to recognize all the cameras coming in on one line.I searched for PoE IP Camera Switch and this little Reolink was the first one to popup and I felt much better about getting it to go with my existing Reolink equipment. As a test, I hooked up 3 cameras to the switch and ran a CAT6 from the uplink port to the NVR and within a minute, the Reolink NVR was already displaying those 3 cameras. This little switch will make running long camera runs a whole lot simpler.

Great POE+ Switch!
I have a Reolink CCTV system and I recently upgraded and added cameras. I needed more POE+ ports so I purchased the Reolink POE+ Switch. The unit works flawlessly! The cameras pull up quickly and I have no issues! I have 7 POE cameras running flawlessly on the switch. I would definitely recommend it for your CCTV system!

Great Unit
Would have given it 5 stars but my first one was defective. Company replaced it in a couple days with no hassle. I liked that this unit had separate upload ports. I had order and returned a different one with 8 ports when I learned I had to use one of the 8 ports as the uplink port. This unit has a 120W to share and is a simple plug and play. Only been using for about a month as I’m build my security system. Prefer the camera with SD card over the NVR which has a fan that constantly runs.

Error connecting to cameras
I set this all up before running cables and it worked fine. Several months later after running the supplied reolink cables the cameras do not connect to the switch. Picture shows orange lights which is a fatal error. I can hook the cameras up to the NVR and it is fine but they won’t communicate with the switch. It is also too late to return.Edit: After contacting the company they sent me a new device which worked no problem. They were very quick and also refunded the shipping to send back

Plug and play
So I have had several different POE switches (from Amazon) the last 2 failed within a year. Now obviously the longevity is still out on this one but I plugged it in and it pulled camera info and response time loading videos took half as long and they are not dropping off of network like before. So far this is fantastic.

It’s a powered switch… Not an amazing powered switch.
It’s a powered switch… Not an amazing powered switch.Running POE cameras on every port, it’s nice that this thing has so much juice…But, so do many others – and they all seem to work, or, not work, about the same. You can pay less and get the same function out of the box.Time will tell if there’s any real difference otherwise.
