Solid gaming desktop!
My initial plan was to get a budget gaming PC. While I was looking, I came across this gaming PC from Skytech. It was more expensive than I planned on paying for, but it was at an amazing price for what this computer has in it. I did a lot of research on the computer as well as this company since I’ve never really heard of them. After reading a lot of positive things about them, I decided to get it. Skytech claims that they use high quality brand name components. That is true as every part in this computer is from a well-known manufacturer. One thing you want to keep in mind is that they don’t use a specific brand for every computer they build. For example, while some will have an ASUS graphics card, another one will have a Zotac brand graphics card. There is no difference to how this card performs since they are both Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti. So even though the brands may be different, the specs and performance should be the same. If you happen to be loyal to a brand and only want parts from them, this might not be what you are looking for. When it arrived, I was very impressed with the packaging. Not only it was well protected outside, but they used special protection for the internals that kept them all well in place for shipping. There isn’t much as far as instructions go. It did include a keyboard and mouse, which wasn’t expected. They perform decent and there are better keyboards out there, but I still appreciate the fact that they did include them with the desktop. Setup was easy and quick. When everything was updated, it was ready to go! It runs quiet and does a great job of keeping cool! So here is the hard part. Who would I recommend this PC to? I honestly feel that this is perfect for someone looking for a mid-range PC that wants good productivity but great at gaming. If you’re in the market for that, then I would highly recommend this!

Easy Setup
I read tons of reviews on here before receiving the PC. I was scared about loose parts, fans not connected, and missing screws as some people had written. It also did not come with the instruction guide like the reviews and warning sign on the PC said. You don’t need it. All i did was remove the glass to take the shipping packing out (obvious). There are 2 small bolts you unscrew to remove the glass. Lay the pc down on something soft before you do this. Carefully take the packing out. There’s a metal circle piece above the graphics card that says peel off, along with the clear cover on the circle piece (I know NOTHING about PC’s, idk what you call it) I looked around for anything unplugged, wiggled some wires, gently rotated the fans to see if there’s any issue being loose or wobbly. No issues. I put the glass back, tightened the bolts, plugged it in to the wall along with my monitor, keyboard(comes with keyboard) and mouse(mouse is also included) flipped the switch in the back on, pressed the power button and….boom the lights turn on. I’m ready to go.Side note: i was really nervous about me having to install anything on this pc like some reviews said so i DM’d skytech on twitter about an extra fan and they responded very fast. Said the case manufacturer includes an extra fan. You don’t need to install it. Mine isn’t missing a fan. They installed 6. I thought i was supposed to have 3. I’m not complaining lol. ALSOOO you don’t really know what graphics card manufacturer you’re gonna get. I got a TUF gaming 4070ti. Gonna see what this bad boy can do on Warzone. If this thing craps on me I’ll definitely be back here with an update.

Where to begin?? TRASH!!!!! ***UPDATED REVIEW***
So first off, I had many issues, I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews, unless I just got stuck with a rookie assembler. No instructions or setup instructions in the box. They say go to the website and find your model. My model “azure 2” is not on there. No information anywhere on their site, none on YouTube, and nothing on Google. Another thing, I get a fan that they want you to install on the bottom to cool the power bank. On the box that holds the fan it says screws in accessory bag, well of course, no accessory bag. Thankfully im a mechanic and have screws everywhere, so i was able to get that installed. After installing the fan I make sure all the connections are tight on the mother board and the graphics card. Everything’s looking good, I power it on and I got nothing solid black. Thankfully my brother is a lead I.T, I call him he says to check a few things, pull out the memory sticks and reinstall, etc. Still nothing he says make sure the monitor is plugged into the graphics card on the back not the mother board. Boom! That had to be it, I was in the wrong port. I turn everything off, switch ports, and reset it. The computer turns on now, flashes “gigabyte durable”, has a loading circle, and then goes black. We’re all out of ideas, I tried to contact their support at 6:20 Cali time but closed. I contact amazon support and they walk me through less than my brother did, but in the end I guess this computer is no good. Wasted 4 hours messing with it though smh. Company charges 2g for their computers and the company’s tech support has bankers hours, not open late or weekends. So if you haven’t figured out my opinion by now on this company and their computers, I’ll spell it out….. !!!STAY AWAY!!! But that’s just how my experience was. Now I got to go to UPS send it back, wait for them to receive it, then wait for my refund to process to get a new computer smh. Terrible!!*****So no instructions, no setup guide, no screws for the fan, turns on and goes black, and no help*****Picture is what it says when I turn it on before it goes black.Update I bought another computer holing I just got the one defect but somehow same exact problem as the first one and again no start up guide, instructions, or fan screws in this new one either. Honestly its ridiculous!!

I bought this PC a month ago returned it within 2 days. It did not even include a power cord so i had to purchase one at my local computer store. I returned this PC because of how cheap the parts were inside and because it kept on crashing on me. The Amazon fulfillment centre in New Westminster is still processing my refund and it’s almost been a month. Very disappointed with how customer service cannot even escalate this return delay with the warehouse.

Terribly built and support is a joke.

Here’s quick summary of what I liked and what I didn’t like about this purchase experience. Let’s start with the cons…Cons:*No quick guide included.*No quick guide or manual for this model is available on their website.*No fan installation instructions.*âGamingâ computer only has 1 TB so they would HAVE to assume youâre going to install another gaming quality NVMe or SSD — but… (1) No m.2 screws were included despite including all the other motherboard screws including the standoffs. (2) You have to take the GPU out to install the second NVMe. And (3) the motherboard does not, I repeat, does NOT have an NVMe heatsink. Any NVMe you buy will need to include one.*No SATA cables included.*Off-brand no-name DDR4 RAM. I replace it with 32 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance.*AIO power cycling problem I that had to troubleshoot.*Not a lot of space for the cables and lots of them were shoved in the drive bays. Case covers barely fit back on and are bulging out slightly even with quite a bit of re-arranging and organizingPros:*Decent and quiet RGB fans.*MSI 1TB NVMe.*Gigabyte motherboard and GeForce RTX 4070ti.*Included keyboard and mouse (didnât use but Iâm glad theyâre including one).*Packaged well including internal case padding (which you have to remove). In all, I spent about another $400 in extra parts to make this computer a sufficient gaming PC that would fully utilize a 4070ti. Skytech could have done this for about another $250.

I bought this computer on July 11, 2023 and I’ve had two different issue relating to fans on the parts they chose. The first one was one of the fans on the GPU staring making an audible clicking noise. I spoke to their support and manage to get a replacement, but I had to pay for shipping and customs out of pocket because I purchased the computer in Canada and Skytech is American based. I was a little irritated since the whole process took about 3 weeks before I got a replacement, but at least that was done. Now after around 9 months, one of the fans on the AIO Cooler is making an extremely loud and obnoxious grinding sound. After looking into what the model of the AIO cooler is (Deepcool LS720 SE), I discovered that this particular part uses a proprietary daisy chain connection, making replacing the fan myself a massive hassle. At this point, I’d rather just take the computer to a local PC repair shop because the idea of paying for shipping and customs again, while waiting almost another month if not more because of the faulty parts included in this PC isn’t appealing. The PC performed as well as I expected it would but the quality of the parts leave much to be desired. I won’t be buying from Skytech again.
